My friend and I were in town for the weekend, he had driven 6 hours from Tennessee when his alternator went. We pulled into this advanced auto at about 5:00 and needed to change the alternator in the parking lot in the dark, with no experience, and with no tools or light. Katie and Bryan were working at the time. They truly went above and beyond to help us get the alternator changed before having to leave town the next day. They continually checked on us because of how dark and cold it was outside. They let us borrow lights and some tool, they offered us water, brought us towels, and provided first aid when I cut my hand. We have never ever had such amazing service in our lives. Bryan was very knowledgeable in what we needed to do and Katie made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often! Advanced auto is lucky to have employees like Katie and Bryan. You come to a store like this for the stuff they sell not the people. Just bought a new battery for my car. Yay the day already starts off great. I was in the store getting a few things for my truck and over heard an employee by the name of Alicia helping an older gentleman and she spent good time helping the guy and was very courteous with him. As I was leaving while I assume she had finished her shift, I saw her helping the guy with his vehicle and a male employee came out and was being very rude to the situation and very demeaning to her.
