Pharmacy is horrible. Cardiologist sent over a prescription electronically on Thursday. Friday around 5pm I called because it wasnât even showing in their system. Some young girl answered and at first said they didnât have anything but then somehow found it and said sheâd push it through and have it ready that night. I asked if Iâd get alerted because I hadnât been for this location and she said yes. As of Saturday at noon it still wasnât ready and this is an important medicine. FiancĂ© went to find out why and was told they didnât have any in stock and theyâd have it Monday. Well the girl checked last night and said you did have it in stock. He goes and looks and finds it but said they close for lunch in a few minutes and asked if he could come back. He said no that I really needed it and that it was supposed to be ready last night. The guy goes and gets it, throws it in the bin without a word, sends it out and just walks away. And that was still a few minutes to one when they close for lunch. Class act you have there Kroger. Switching back to Mason on 741 who knows how to treat...
Read moreItâs new and clean. Every department seems a bit unorganized though. The produce area is good, lots of selections and I appreciate that, as itâs my most shopped department. Going to the meat department is strange. The organic chicken is tucked away in a corner and I always feel like Iâm in the way of the employees trying to come from behind the counter. And why is there only one bag station in the meat section? The dairy section is quite strange too. Lots of things spread out and itâs not really a âsectionâ. There are even dairy products in the refrigerated aisles (what looks like frozen aisles). Things in the middle areas are also not all grouped with like things. My family eats lots of organic and more natural foods, and I find it hard to even locate many of the things I typically buy. I used to use the Kroger app to help navigate if I couldnât find an item, but since the new store, the app no longer has the aisle number. Overall, it needs some reorganizing, and I hope that comes with time. I do appreciate the expansive deli and produce departments. Theyâve done a nice...
Read moreContinuously out of advertised specials or down to the last few nasty tidbits, especially with fruit. They also advertise attractive specials on meat but again are out when you get there or tell you to look on the shelves for the prepackaged ones, which are of course usually gone too. Apparently no one at this store has heard of a rain check for out of stock sales items that do not say while supplies last. The people at the customer service counter always act like they have something way better to do than help you out with anything which would be great if they were selling bad attitude. I also have gotten home on more than one occasion only to find that the bottle of juice or frozen item I bought without checking the date is way past the best if sold by date, as well as finding the prepackaged plastic tubs of lettuce mixes are often mushy 1or 2 days after opening them. Apparently rotation is only for the earth and their own car tires. Add it all together and it appears that just like their fresh fruit and meat specials their managers come...
