Very poor resolution service from door dash & even worse from the restaurant manager on duty. I used door dash for this order because I wanted to stay in & it's my birthday. So I paid an extra 11$ between the service, delivery fees & a 6$ tip. I ordered loaded chicken nachos & a chicken quesadilla. There was absolutely no chicken on or in the nachos & no sour cream with either item. So I drove up to the store to talk to the manager about fixing my order which is a huge waste of time because I paid 30% more to have it delivered and by the time it was delivered & then me driving there & back home the food was cold. The manager didn't even apologize at all for the quite large mistake on their part, nor offer to remake the order, or a partial refund or credit or really anything at all besides retrieve the 3 missing items. It's the equivalent of someone ordering a cheeseburger delivery & there's no burger plus missing condiments. Very poor quality assurance on take out orders getting delivered for a premium price by a 3rd party delivery service. Even worse customer service from the very young manager on duty. I could've saved myself 30% and an additional car ride and avoided cold food & would've verified the order myself before leaving had I just picked up the order myself. Why pay high premiums for a delivery service when neither party can get it right or resolve the issue. Door dash offered me 7.90$ refund on a 39.50$ order... pffft... absolutely unacceptable from Shooters & also Door Dash....

So we sat down and ordered wings and some beers. This is the 2nd time coming to this establishment and had a great time the first time. We order the same thing at EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT and that would be a large garlic parm boneless wing. After receiving the wings, we noticed it was orange and not the traditional garlic parm sauce that every other restaurant has. This is house style garlic parm but that put some mild sauce to make it spicy. No where on the menu does it say anything about this and absolutely no warning either after we already ordered 1lb to split between two people. We asked the waitress (Bella or Isabella) and she confirmed that this wasn't the first time that this has happened and was happy to take the food and give us another sauce. Right after talking with her, a manager came over to tell us they do things differently with that sauce but in a horrible tone. If felt like we were the issue and "we will do it this one time" comment was not well received. I pointed out that if everyone else in town is the same or roughly the same, wouldn't you put in the menu that it's not what many of us would expect. He then walked away. It's one thing to come and apologize but he never did that. Just made us feel stupid like it was our fault that the menu didn't state it was different. The waitress was amazing and saved the day from the guy(manger on duty). Wings were great after the order was fixed but the horrid customer service from the manager was enough not...

Obviously with recent events, I would not have expected a crowd, but there were a fair number of people there at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. We sat outside on the modestly sized outdoor patio with enough room for maybe 10 or so tables of 4. Service was good, though our server did not come back to check on us after bringing the food until after we were all done with our meal. The food was excellent. I had a barbecue bacon cheese burger and the onion straws. The burger was cooked medium well, the way I asked for it. Kids had the Mac N Cheese, which is much like (and may be) Kraft macaroni and cheese with fries (really good fries by the way) and the Chicken fingers. The chicken fingers were a good size and there were three of them along with more fries. Unfortunately they did not bring barbecue sauce with them and we had no opportunity to ask since our server didn't return until after the meal was over. My wife had the ham and cheese pretzel that was exactly what she was hoping for and she couldn't eat the whole thing so she brought half home. It came with thick cut crispy chips that were also quite good. Overall, we'd eat at this location again. I only took off one star for the small...
