Walgreens — Local services in Hamilton Township

Manager Cheryl is extremely rude. I didn’t have my register reward print out for my transaction and instead of offering to add it to my account or redoing the purchase she told me that I have to call customer service to have them do it for me. Mind you there was nobody in the store. So it’s not like I was holding the lineup. I got frustrated and I told her just to refund my order that I’m not dealing with customer service when I have a manager in front of me that is capable of taking care of the problem. Walgreens really needs to have a digital reward section like CVS. The Catalina machine is a huge disaster. Half the time it works with the deals that Walgreens promotes and then others it doesn’t. Absolutely the BEST Walgreens! The staff is SO awesome!❤️ At the entrance, Paul was greeting every customer this morning with the warmest, kindest, and friendliest attitude!💙 The Pharmacy staff is wonderful, too! I had a scheduled appointment for the Covid vaccine this morning. So easy to do through the app. Yesterday, I was there getting a flu vaccine, which I also scheduled through the app. I wish I had gotten the name of the sweet lady that was working at the checkout upfront. She was also very sweet and welcoming. The store is very clean and organized. This is truly THE BEST Walgreens I’ve ever been to in decades of being a devoted Walgreens customer. I dropped a rx off at a different walgreens and forgot to pick it up after work.. I went to the walgreens at 22/3 and told the young man, kurt, my situation. He was the nicest young man and very helpful. As I waited, I listened to how he treated other customers. Just a very polite, happy, positive and helpful young man. You did good hiring this young man. The entire pharmacy staff was incredible. I may very well switch my prescriptions to this pharmacy....
