Communication was terrible, bad business and bad customer service. I was very patient throughout the entire process and answered all their questions regarding my order. They could not get my logo correct even with a pictured example in front of them with a tape measure on the logo. Also messed up my order, gave me the wrong size shirt and tried to pass one off that was defective. I let them know afterwards how disappointed I was with the process, poor communication and all the mistakes with the order. Well apparently, that is the wrong thing to do. I guess you’re supposed to take your order regardless of whether it’s right or wrong, whether you’re happy or not, and not say a word because if you do express your dissatisfied experience to them, Connie will get upset and then become rude. So a few years later I go in to give them another chance with my business and I spent almost 2 hours with an employee placing an order that was about $500. Paid for the order and then didn’t realize until after 2 weeks went by that Connie decided she wasn’t going to do my t shirts because of the my previous experience. While I was placing my order with an employee, Connie came out two different times, and she didn’t say a word to me…she didn’t have the courage to say anything to me face to face. This is such bad business & completely unprofessional. They tried to call me and I returned the call, but of course no one was available when I called. They claimed they called again, but never left a message and if they did call it showed up as a scam call. I had no missed calls from their business phone. So two whole weeks went by and I was thinking my order would be about ready when I finally found out they weren’t working on it at all. Don’t waste your time here, go down the street where you will get friendly, professional customer service with a smile and for way less money.
In regards to their response... There were no negative and harsh posts ever made! We communicated directly through emails and I did voice my concerns to them. Please provide these so called posts because I never made them.
I would absolutely understand declining my business if this were true.
I was willing to give them another chance at good service after a past bad experience.
