I have been to this store a few times, and have had pleasant experiences. The employees are always very kind and offer assistance while still allowing me to be discreet. My last visit was not a good experience. The employee was as usual, very nice and courteous. However, the owner was in and very rude. As soon as we walked in she was watching us at every second. I felt like she was accusing us of being thieves and we hadn't touched any of the merchandise. I always buy a product before leaving there. Feeling like I was under a microscope was uncomfortable and needless to say, she lost a sale and customer today. Very disappointed that the OWNER of this establishment who had her dog inside and had no uniform or professional attire was rude and extremely unprofessional. I will not return and will not refer...

It's was my first time at a Adult Toy Store. My husband and I went to the Hammond location. When we walked in, we we're greeted by Ms. Candy. She was so very nice and had a warm sense about herself. She showed us around and was super knowledgeable about what she was selling.
