Starbucks — Restaurant in Hammond

Every single time I've been to this Starbucks, the baristas have always been so kind and nice! I go through drive-through a lot and it’s always run very efficiently. The baristas always put little illustrations on my cup, whether it’s a smiley face or something more. I went today (April 17th) and the barista helping me out in the drive-through was super nice, and I’m not sure if it was her or another person, but they drew a strawberry kitty on my cup (I ordered a strawberry lemonade refresher) and it has literally made my day. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Great atmosphere. I left the one star for the dog being able to just walk about freely. I checked the door to not make a big issue, only to check because I’m highly allergic. The sign on the door stated “service dogs only, no pets” I sat back down to finish thinking the lady would leave because she had ordered and everything was ready and bagged. She just sat there on the phone and the employees said nothing. I’m quite sure we all know a service dog when we see on and this one was no where close you could tell it was just a pet. Aiden (wannabe shift supervisor) is probably the rudest employee I've ever dealt with. When incorrect drinks were brought back in instead of going straight to remaking them he decided to instead first ask if I wanted a refund and when I didn't because I had already waited for 25+ minutes he proceeded to say the ticket on the cup was wrong, again not my problem. I told him that i wasnt waiting another 20 minute for my drinks he told me to chill. Then threatened to refund me and ask me to leave because i got irritated when he told me to "chill".
