I was completely head over heels with this place the moment I walked in. I don't know her name but the girl who first showed me around....younger girl with long blonde hair.... has got to be the sweetest girl EVER! Last night there were 2 ladies working 1 was rude and short with me and I think she actually rolled her eyes at me....she wasn't nice or even smiled but the other lady was nice and informative and helped me with a few questions I had and made up for the other gals lack of customers service skills. Went there for the first time to tan right before covid and they sign you up where you can try each level, which is super great but I returned and they wouldn’t honor those trail tanning sessions because it had been so long. I recently moved closer to the salon and it would be great to switch but I’m not interested in buying a month membership since I can only tan 1-2 times a week. I really wish this salon had the option to buy minutes or honor the initial trial tanning sessions so I could try a few levels before committing to which level to purchase visits for. Horrible experience. Went in yesterday to see if they offered the hair service I wanted. The owner was only one present and was obviously on a personal call (which was fine) but left me standing there for 5 min without even a welcome, hello, or I’ll be right with you. Finally, she told me she doesn’t do perms and has 2 employees that do, that would be in the next day and would ask if they wanted a new client. I asked her to call me to let me know if they can’t help me, she promised- No call at all! Very unprofessional and what business turns away new customers….. horrible customer service, I would...
