I brought in 3 cushions to be restuffed and he wasn’t there. His wife called him about 10 times while we waited for almost an hour. She didn’t even know how to fill out the receipt form so I did and left the cushions. I got a call from the husband once I got home and all he talked about was the cost and never would listen to what I wanted or needed! He didn’t even call me when they were done ( I figured it out later because he did a terrible job)! He didn’t follow the shape of the cushion’s and used the stiffest padding which tore the stitching on one of the leather covers. It was if he stuck a square peg into a round hole! You can’t sit on them in fear of breaking the rest of the stitching! My son picked them up for me and I didn’t see the result until he bought them home! What a disaster! When I called the owner to explain he kept yelling and screaming at me that I couldn’t get a word in! He also told my son that he only took cash, so he was paid in full for a terrible job! The Chair cushions not well filled, so that the fabric wrinkles. More disappointing was Kim's argumentative attitude. He argued about them being sized incorrectly; I took them back to have them corrected; he argued more. I returned to get the "corrected" cushions, and he argued more.
