Very baised to their locals. Employees are very rude and prefer to be playing or talking to friends. Been gone for a year, surprised it's only gotten worse. This isn't even limited to one visit, but I'll give an example from today. Imagine hosting a tournament that has a capped entry limit, and saving space for your employees to play while they're working. Had to have people that's not even working there get everything in order and show some professional courtesy. And then on top of that employees mock the players that couldn't even enter, and those that didn't perform well in the tournament. The owner is a very nice guy, but if you're not someone they don't see on a regular basis don't expect much.

Edit: I reached out to the owner and explained in detail of what happend. I want to clarify that yes, the compensation for the tournament situation was generous and handled very well by the owner and other patrons. However this doesn't excuse the poor behavior of the employees. As much as I would like to see the store in a better light, it's hard to want to go back to a place where you feel unwelcomed and the feeling just seems to escalate. We used to go for tournaments a while back, but for that reason along with HRBT traffic making it not worth the trip, we stopped going. We still went to the store from time to time to look for product to buy. We went to the current tournament because we had not been for a while, it was for a different game and the shop championship is a more "coveted" tournament, and it was at a time that some of us could make it as we had friends that couldn't participate...

During covid-19 we've all struggled this year and so many places have suffered financially. Jeryes stayed strong and became a sanctuary to escape the depression of 2020. This place is like a home, my brothers came here before me and loved jeryes, when I started coming I understood why. It was worth driving across the water for. Staff is great, the environment is always warm and kind. People respect each other here the only bad thing you could experience here is maybe a rude customer every now and then. Jeryes has great prices, a great selection for game play, comics, card games and snacks! Its a great getaway and an awesome place to hangout with friends and family. Honestly jerseys is a hidden jim but its always fun to be here. If you're looking for great service, laughter, fun and a place to socialize and unwind this is it. 😀☺ ill always...

I wouldn't give it any stars if I had the option. I've bought 6 hobby boxes of football and basketball. 2 contender , 2 revolution, 1 elite, and 1 optic in the last 2 weeks. Now I understand there is a possibility that you get redemptions instead of auto's and that's just part of the gamble. But I've got a redemption in every single box. So if you don't know there are people that weigh the boxes and keep the heavier ones for themselves. Boxes with redemptions weigh just a tid bit different. When I called them to tell them what was going on the guy said he would make sure to have the boots call me and when I went to give him my number he hung up on me. Not saying that this is what they are doing but come on now. Put 2 and 2 together. Don't buy boxes...
