So......after visiting this chik fil a for years last night is my last visit spending my hard earned money. I bought a 3 strip tender meal last night which was 8 8 18 and a cookie I got home and there was no cookie. Mind you I pay with my credit card and I trash receipts because they end up cluttering my vehicle. So I call and inform them that i didn't receive a cookie. So rebecca the useless manager informed me she couldn't find where I visited the restaurant 15 minutes prior in her credit card system which was a lie. So I look up my Mastercard and clearly there is chik fil a for the amount I specified but rebecca couldn't see it which was a lie. A cookie with tax is 1.38 cents probably one of the cheaper menu items that they have . Chik fil a makes more money than all chicken restaurants in north America combined so it was mystifying and also insulting to be taken to the fifth degree over a cookie. So I called chik fil a and filed a formal complaint against her and also the restaurant for this ridiculous and disrespectful and ignorant and asinine customer service. I have walked into McDonalds out of the drive thru and missing a burger and was handed the burger without incident. But to be treated so disrespectfully not over a meal but a cookie is disgusting. It is inconcievable that I would get out of my bed at almost 10 last night in the middle of a lightning storm to defraud chik fil a out of a cookie when I spend just as an estimate of averaging 14.00 a week 728.00 a year at this chik fil a store. So moving here in 2010 that's 8 years so a ballpark figure of total funds spent is 5824.00. And I average more than 14.00 a week I just picked a flat number. If food were free at this location I w would uld decline and gladly drive to a different location because rebecca has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all of my years. This location should be ashamed at this atrocious and ignorant display of customer interaction. I tend to feel if maybe I were a little lighter in skin color this issue would not have arisen. Read moreWow! I’ve been going to chick Fi la often and how we were treated by Chris was disgusting. We got home and our food was cold. I called and was told to bring the food back to chick fi la and they will replace it. They got the order wrong initially. The bread was old as it was falling apart. We ask for grilled nuggets and got fried. Once we got back up to the store they gave us a hard time. He said they cannot replace our order from the original order and said he cannot offer anything for the inconvenience of coming back up there. Said he will not comp the meal. We never asked him to comp the meal. We asked for him to do something for having to wait in a line for over 30 minutes just to go home and come back to the restaurant due to their error. Chris said his hands were tied and he can’t do anything, but replace it. He advised that even though he understood I wanted grilled that he would have to void the entire order and ring in grilled as if it was too much work for him. We got home again after having being treated as if we were at fault to find out that the chick fi la club that we ordered did not have cheese or bacon, which is what it originally comes with. We immediately called again after they made another wrong order. This is not what is expected from this establishment. Not to be treated like we are wrong for receiving the wrong order. Read moreLet me start off by saying Chick-Fil-A has always been good and consistent. This location, unfortunately, is the first one to break that trend, at least for me. Every time I go here there is an issue. If it was a one off, I would not write a review. It's not a one-off. It's every time, at least at this location. The last three times it has been: charging me for a frozen specialty drink (frosted lemonade or whatever its called) and giving me a regular lemonade, bringing my 2 sandwich meals and kids meal in 4 trips to my car when I was the only one in line (drinks, then one sandwich meal, then another meal, then a bag supposedly with a kids meal) -- in this same trip they put the fries for the adult food in the kids meal bag and nothing else -- no kids meal, they consistently don't put sauce in the bag.
If you are so "efficient" that you have close to twenty people working the drive through, please stop screwing everything up. It's never slammed when I have gone, I go at off-times to avoid the line, so there is no excuse for this to keep happening. If you go here, please do yourself a favor and check everything before you pull off. Better yet, go to one of the better Chick-Fil-A locations (any of them except this one).
I think they just have too many "cooks in the kitchen" and it's ending up with things getting messed up. It really pains me to post this, but I feel like if it has happened to me here multiple times I should take the hint and just save others some trouble. I'm not one of those people getting special orders, they are messing up kids meals and just normal sandwich meals....
