The first thing I want to acknowledge is the customer service I received at Queens Crown Beauty Supply. It was exceptional not only are they friendly but they are KNOWLEDGEABLE! The merchandise is of high quality and the prices are better than the fair market. They carry the hair care, skin care, and make-up products that work, and it is priced incredibly..shockingly well. You won't find dusty overpriced or misleading products. You can trust that shopping here you will find everything you need and it will be the product that works. They carry the lines and brands that get lost in the mix of mega hair stores or are so overpriced that you end up trying a cheaper alternative that does not work. This store feels fair and honest. I have purchased high-quality human hair from them that I promise you is high quality and fairly priced. You truly get exactly what you pay for. If you've ever purchased hair that's failed on you in a week month or even a few days, take my advice and spend that same amount on their hair. I haven't seen anything marked up over priced or poor quality, and I have personally purchased wigs from them on 3 separate occasions they are all still amazing low matainance tangle and shed free! As I am typing this i am sitting outside of another Hampton beauty supply store that is not owned by black people and it disheartening the number of black women who are trotting into this store. They are not even hesitating. I am not trying to judge. I used to be one of them. However, ever since I have been to Crown Beauty I will NEVER go back to one of these stores. Crown Beauty can supply what I need. The cashier even told me once that if I dont see it let her know and they will order it. Their hours are also more convenient. When I say I am sooooo thankful for this supply store, I cannot say that enough. The customer service I received blew my mind. The owner offered to order what she knew I wanted and went out of her way to help me find what I wanted and even took it out of the pack for me to see and feel. Customer service is A1 here. And to be a “black” owned beauty supply store is amazing all in itself. I do not spend my money in establishments that act as if they don’t even want me in their store.
