I just had the most unpleasant experience with one of the managers working on Aug 20th at 7pm, store 1950. I placed my order at the drive thru and asked if they served alcohol with their freezes. She abruptly responded with a very bad attitude, apparently offended at the question. She was very rude, and I asked what was the problem. She didn't like that either and says she will not take my order. I asked to speak to a manager, to which she responded I am the manager. Im like ain't no way she's the manager talking to customers like that, hell no she cant be. So I pull up to the window and ask what was going on. She has an audience of employees around her, and tells me that I was talking to a kid and that asking for alcohol was a problem. WHAT?!?! I responded, in kind, by stating that I was not psychic so determining the age of the person taking my order was ridiculous. And all she had to say was No alcohol was served at this location. I drove around and spoke to the 2nd manager on staff, explain my experience and she went inside to see about my order. She came back out stating that the manager claim I cursed her and that's why she refused to take my order. Unbelievable!!! Then she explains to me that she was training another employee. So I'm like, woah that's what you're teaching new employees is acceptable behavior and treatment of customers? So then I asked for their boss, oh hes unavailable today is his only day off. Husband went and ordered, specifically asked for plain burrito with no sour cream or lettuce (beefy 5 layer burrito.), didn’t even have layers that is supposed to come with! It came with lettuce and onions. It’s not even supposed to be made WITH it…should not have to specify what does not go on items to your workers! And the dordita crunch also done wrong! Dordita crunch has meat! Not a spit worth… ….all orders complete mess. No tags or papers on orders..
No receipt so now even more waste of time. Pieces of plastic found too.
This has been happening at all Taco Bell’s going to. Tired of it, family will never order from company. Second and third shift people absolutely suck! Either cannot follow simple, high school level instructions, or pure lazy!
No, I’m not contacting directly, why? You won’t give my money back and addition to time and effort wasted on too! Instead, recording a video and taking dash cam to also post all online. Pictures of food too.

We placed a mobile order for two burritos, nachos and a taco tonight, a little before 1am. We were told it would be twenty minutes bc they were out of beef and to pull around. Call the store an hour later to be told to pull back around through the drive thru, which is like??? They had four plus cars in the drive thru at this point. Where is the communication between workers and management? Took us another thirty minutes to get back to the window. At which point our food is cold and my nachos were soggy and ruined. And to top it off, didn't even give us one of our burritos after all that time. If this is how the night shift is being ran ya'll may as well have closed at 1. Dude at the window gave us ten free taco coupons but that's absolutely worthless when we came there for FOOD, not coupons.
