Zero star customer service. I don't usually write reviews especially bad ones. I've been going here for some years, but today was my last time going there for anything. I stopped in to look at their cigar selection and planned on purchasing 5+ quality cigars for the weekend. Then a man who I can only assume was the owner or manager proceeds to cut me off on my way to the walk in after an employee said I could look, saying "all their premium cigars are in the front" and "the walk-in was just storage and I'm not allowed to look". Mind you, I have purchased sticks there several times, and they have many more in the walk-in that I wanted to browse specifically. The "premium" ones in the mini humidor are stale as all hell, nor do they have half of the sticks in the walk-in. He was just trying to rip me off. Don't waste your time or money. DO NOT EVER BUY THEIR BREEZE VAPORS. THEY SOLD ME A BOGUS ONE. IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK. MIND YOU I USE TO BUY AT LEAST 2-4 EVERY TIME I WENT. THIS TIME I HAD BROUGHT 3.
