SNIPES — Local services in Hamtramck

Went in there last night about 820pm and instead of being greeted with politeness and the willingness to help. No good customer service skills were giving to me the customer. Too busy on the phone via speaker where I could the conversation, very unprofessional then when I asked a question because I wasn't asked if I need any help the response came with the wrong information and annoying attitude like I was bothering her. Never again. Employ people whom actually what to work and know the job requirements that they agreed to do when...

This is by far the worst snipes to shop at, very unprofessional and ghetto. I came in this store to get my children some more school shoes….no one came to see if I needed anything 5 employees at the register talkin about durk and India. Cursing loud as hell….only person that spoke to me was the security guard and he ain’t selling no damn shoes…..left the store without shoes cause nobody cared enough to sell me any. I don’t recommend anybody to shop at this snipes in Hamtramck terrible service all...

This is the worse store in America. I came in contact with Nigel and he was disrespectful, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. He acted like he hated older handicap people. He sold me the wrong size shoe, not the one I tried on and told me I didn't need the box with the shoe size on it. I will not recommend this store to anyone. 9638 Joseph Campau st, this store has terrible customer service.
