I have never entered this building before. Today was my first time because I had to drop off something for my aunt. I was told they had a drop box. As soon as I walked up to the front desk the lady started screaming at me through the glass in the most ignorant tone. "It needs to be opened. There is no drop box. We're the drop box." All this before I even asked them anything. I then opened the letter and looked around for where the line was. It was not easily seen. There was no one else in the entire building so I kind of took a step forward because there isn't really a need for me to wait in line right? Guess there was because she started screaming again "you have to get in line." And looked at me like I was there every day annoying the life out of her. Anther lady called me and saw that the case no. Wasn't written on all the papers. So she proceeded to throw my papers back at me without making any eye contact the entire time. After this I just walked out without saying anything. I'm going to go to a different office. These people need to be fired. If they hate their lives so much they don't need to be dealing with...

Ms. D. Andersen, she is extremely disrespectful and rude. She will not return your calls or respect appointment times. She will humiliate you and talk to you in a demeaning manner and treat you like you are disposable. She is unprofessional and lacks all communication skills. She should NOT be a case worker. I have filed multiple complaints. Toxic behavior for any human to act like that to their clients. Horrible. Mr. Chami, a supervisor, has been very professional and has been trying to help as a liaison to get my information updated and corrected but when you have a corrupt worker it seems impossible. Ms. Andersen and I had a 8am appointment this morning, it is 9am and no call, which is no surprise. She works from home and does whatever she wants because no one is monitoring her. Disrespectful, Careless. They have no manners. Went there today, saw one of them is playing video game, and another on eating candy bar. I mean common. don't you guys have any sense of duty? If you ask a question, they act like you are bothering them. Some of them give you an irritating look. Not to mention they are soo slow. And what's with changing workers, and policy every time? Why do we have to submit same document every time when worker changes. Can't you guys put it in your system? Also, why the hell you guys remove the appointment system? Overall, you guys sucks.
