Went in today to get a 3 pack of pods for my novo x. When I got home it was missing a pod and didn’t realize it. I called to make them aware that I was missing a pod. The lady I spoke to was really understanding and said sometimes they sell them by the single. She said I could come back in and get my pod when I’m ready. No questions asked.
