Let me tell you about this location and my boy Matthew G (according to the receipt) For the record 4/23 @ 4:16 Order Number 366596 Matty G's communication skill on a drive through speaker using 1986 technology is absolutely amazing, 10/10. Both me and my friend who I was in the drive though with felt blessed we didn't have our wives with us because we may have lost them that afternoon to Matts Smooth voice and intoxicating moves. If We were in an active shooter situation, I would Throw Matt to the ground and cover him to save his life. I would consider that a favor for the Taco Bell enjoying community.
Lets get on to the food, the order was as correct as you could get. I don't know who was working in back that day making the marvelous concoction but they need a pat on the butt and be told good game. Maybe they love their job or maybe they just saw 2 husky dudes in an F150 and decided these 2 fine gentleman know exquisite dining and hooked it up. We asked for extra sauce and were provided with just that, an amount that would have allowed me to pour the bag out on a bed like it was money and roll in it.
After we received our food we parked in the car dealer next door to enjoy it. We made comments such as, this chalupa is fantastic, the food is really fresh and wow the quality of the cars on the front row is embarrassing, seriously a rusty 2011 Buick Lucerne on the front line?? What are you thinking?
To the people who leave 1 star reviews for fast food restaurants, why? What are you trying to warn people about? let it go? stop being a professional victim. Everyone has a bad experience time to time, but if you have a bad experience every time, its probably you. If civilization were to collapse you would be the first to go. There is no possible away anyone who ever says the burrito at TB wasn't as good as it could be would ever be able to catch one in the wild. You will either be used as food or currency, Grow up!

Read moreI work in the area and I visit this Taco Bell quite a bit, however the last couple months the wait times have been unbearable. Last week, I came through. I was the 4th car in line and it took 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break to get my food. I decided to give them one last shot tonight. I ordered pickup inside the restaurant. I got there, the line is wrapped around the building, I'm assuming at the "one customer per 5 minute" ratio. I go to the door, it's locked. I knock, another customer sees, a teenager, who comes over and lets me in. I walk up to the counter and one worker comments "I thought we weren't letting anyone else inside, what a d*ck move". He asks me to use the kiosk, I tell him I have a mobile order, he asks my name, then points to my food waiting on the counter. So my food has been done, waiting who knows how long, the door is locked so I can't get it, and they were expecting me to go through the drive thru and have my food sitting out that entire time? The only person with common sense in that building was the teenager who let me in. I will never be back, and I'm planning to avoid the A&W next door who's owned by the same franchisee as well. Read moreIn the past I’ve dealt with stores that were poorly managed, this is not the case here. This is actually the best Taco Bell store I’ve visited before and is my primary store now. Kiwi, who is one of the younger managers is always very professional and friendly and is very knowledgeable with the menus & provides quick direct service, there is another manager who works nights who is also female and she is absolutely amazing as well, very friendly and provides excellent service when my roommate and I order. When one of these two managers work the food is always what you expect and they don’t skimp. The only con about this place is they are understaffed which is why at times there can be quite a wait in the drive-thru, but for them being understaffed, these two managers make this location a fast food favorite for us when we don’t feel like cooking on busy days. Give these people a raise, they highly deserve it and especially being in a stressful fast food industry performing at full capacity everyday under the stress of being short staffed, you have more than enough coin Taco Bell, give the people who make your business...
