I wish we would have read reviews before coming to this dealership. The one good thing about our experience is the salesman, Jake. Jake has been so nice and helpful and seems to be the only one who has tried to get in contact with us. We had gone to this dealership because my boyfriend wanted To buy a used equinox. We went through the financing and Delano said we needed something newer with less miles. They literally chose a car that was a year newer with like 10,000 less miles. We were told this 2014 Malibu was amazing and someone had just turned it in and it was in basically perfect condition. Cool! We saw the car fax thought nothing of it. NOT even a week and a half later... the car has ALL lights on. Has to be TOWED back to the dealership. What??? Figuring stuff out with the service department has been a nightmare. Unless we nag and nag we donât get a call and it took 4 days to get a rental that we NEEDED to get to and from work. A day after having the rental car they say itâs been fixed and charge is a deductible and say the problem is fixed but if anything happens call! Okay cool. Well... 4 days later... the SAME issue. Omg. We got a rental the day we turned the car in and have not heard anything from anyone about the car and whatâs going on with it. They took my number and I watched the guy type that the car would be available Wednesday (I turned it in on a Saturday) well itâs Friday and we havenât heard anything about it. Also, we have had horrible experience with the finance portion of this dealership. Delano has confused us and we kept trying to get ahold of him and he takes days to respond to emails, voicemails and doesnât call back unless we make a big fuss. How ridiculous!!! A week before my boyfriend bought his car, I had purchased a car from a ford dealership. A WEEK BEFORE. And have had no issues like this! when I did have any type of issues or questions they solved them in an instant! The finance person I went through at the Ford dealer was VERY THOROUGH AND HELPFUL. He answered my calls immediately when available or if he couldnât he would call back ASAP. Not the case at this dealership. It took almost a week for me to get a call from Delano to even try to speak about the financial issues we were having. I get youâre busy, but an email saying Iâll call you when I get a chance is so much more helpful than being ignored. Whatever Pegasus payment option we went through... has been a nightmare. Delano didnât even try to be understanding he kept saying âwe talked about thisâ or âitâs in your paperwork and I told you about thisâ...... It has been a very frustrating experience at this dealership. Especially knowing we still donât whatâs wrong with our car, if it was even looked at, when they think itâll be done... đ we called JAKE the used cars SALESMAN to ask about the car and heâs been more helpful than the service department. In fact, my original intention was to leave her a five-star review â I just hadnât gotten around to it. We purchased a new 2025 Traverse with Abey in May, and the experience was great. She was helpful in finding the right vehicle and guided us through the entire purchase process.
Where things went downhill was with the service department.
In July, my brake light came on, so I called to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, I was told it would take 45 minutes, so I waited. When they returned the car, the brake light was still on. I mentioned this to the service employee who gave me my keys, and was told, âEveryone is at lunch, no one can help, so youâll have to come back.â I expressed my frustration, but was assured someone would call me to reschedule. No one ever called.
My husband eventually contacted the service manager, who apologized and promised to make things right. I dropped the car off again, it was serviced and I was told that if the light came back on, something more was wrong. The next day, the light came back on. I dropped it off and was told it was the master cylinder, but there was no ETA because the part was on back order. I was given a rental.
Two weeks later, I stopped to pick up my car. I was told, âWe didnât test drive it much because your low fuel light is on.â I was required to refill the rental tank per the service managerâs instructions â yet they couldnât put $10 in my own vehicle to ensure my brakes worked?

One Saturday morning I looked at your website and spotted a precertified used 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. I decided to stop in an see if it was available to take for a test drive. After being on the lot a just a few minutes I was greeted by sales consultant Chris Davis. His friendly handshake and genuine smile greeted me. He asked me some questions and quickly arranged the test drive. During the drive, Chris helped me to decide if this vehicle was the right fit for me. He pointed out various features and explained how they worked and how each could potentially benefit my busy lifestyle. Chris has a relaxed style that quickly placed me at ease with the purchasing process. After the test drive I had made my decision to purchase the vehicle and was able to drive it the next 2 days. When I came in Monday evening to wrap up the purchase, Chris took more time to explain everything to me. He went out of his way to demonstrate how to set up my smart phone so it could interface with my new vehicle. Matt Strand was very helpful as well. Financing is complex and difficult to understand. Matt took his time with me and explained all the details so I could feel comfortable with my purchase.
