I called and excellent customer service they helped with expedition of refrigerator and stove. Later that afternoon maintenance came out to fix the water pressure and put a filter in that wasn’t in the truck at time off delivery, then there’s a problem with the refrigerator being plugged with something. Delivery for another refrigerator will be next day at 3 wow I’m not a priority the best they could do be is 1:30 okay cool. Well an hour and a half for the new refrigerator to come up to Temperature so I was not told that I would need an ice chest for my groceries so and there’s no way they’re gonna allow me 2 refrigerators and pick up the old one the following morning just because I can save my groceries so I jammed to the store to get two bags of ice so I can wait for the new refrigerator to come up to temp. Customer service went down. Delivery went down. I am not happy. I will not be back too bad under contract, but I’m gonna pay this with the quickness and go somewhere else. Not getting reimbursed for my day being held up by them. Not getting reimbursed for my ice. Good luck if you go there. Make sure your items works if not raise Cain.

Yes you did offer to switch refrigerators again because the fault was in my water line but I’d rather use the ice chest that you suggested an hour before, before I have them come into my house again. Read moreI purchased a whirlpool washer lateperable start of 2018 in Jan. our new washer stopped working, we had a service repair guy come out and the drain pump had to be replaced. We find out at some hair And filler undee warranty from washing a pillow made it into the drain pump and its surprised us that so easily this was going. to become a problem, they covered under warranty, but said it ussually wouldnt be. He explained it would cost 300+ to have it taken aoart abd cleaned. You would think there be a good enough filter. We had a Elotrolux front load for over 9 years washing pillows comforters no problems. We ended up hsving to get service done 2 more times when the machine became inoperable. The drain hose was plugged. It has to be done my a tech since it has a difficult process to get to it, this machine has no frint access filter, like most machines. We asked to exchange machines after the 3rd service visit but they refusee to help us. Now I AM having to purchase a new washer, that isnt a whirlpool. half way into...

Do NOT shop at CROSSROADS!! We bought a refrigerator from Crossroads approximately 2 or so years ago. We have purchased many appliances from them over the years. But after this experience I will never go back. And I am now an advocate against purchasing from them. Within the first month our ice maker went. Turns out there was a leak in the hose and it was freezing the water in a huge sheet down the back of the freezer. According to the employees I was “lucky” they could even fix it due to the backorder of parts. They were the rudest people/employees I have ever encountered. We now have a broken ice maker again, not to mention the other repairs we made over the years. This has been a lemon since the day we bought it.
