Jasmin's Flower Shop — Local services in Hanford

I live out of town so I'm not able to put flowers on my mother's grave like I would want to. I tried this flower shop out for an arrangement for my mother's birthday which is today. I talked to them yesterday about what I like for her, the card and simple details to include a simple text picture on her grave which they agreed to. I call today to confirm then they tell me before the flower is even taken to the cemetery that it could not be done. I've used another flower shop but they became very expensive but they would do me the kindness of sending me a picture every single time. The lady simply tells me, "the cemetery won't let us" which I know is just a way of saying they're lazy. I'm out of state, I just ask for one thing like this to see how beautiful the flowers look on her grave on her birthday since I can't do so at this time. It's a emotional day for me and all I wanted is to see that she got the the flowers on her grave. The likeness of repeat business is very slim and now I'm left with a thought as to if they even sent her the flowers (because when I called the flowers weren't delivered in the time block they said)or just charged me some money for something my mother's grave will never receive :( I think this place works out fine for people there and able to receive but for out of towners I suggest to stay away if they can't validate your wishes.

Update: The flowers were delivered by following up with call to cemetery but receptionist confirmed that the florists is directed to grave to place them but the cemetery does not stop them from delivering and the cemetery does not take the flowers to put them out there themselves....

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I ordered birthday flowers for a friend on May 2nd. The flowers were never delivered. They charged my card for the flowers. My husband called the store several times over the past couple of weeks to determine whether the flowers were ever delivered, and whether they will be delivered. They gave him the round about. First it was they had a different company in charge of their website so they couldn't confirm it (WHAT?... Who does business like this?). Okay, the man on the other line told him to call back. He called back, again, no firm answer and just the round about act again. Today, May 21, my husband called the shop again. He explained that we hadn't seen any progress on the problem and that we were going to just contest the charge, the lady on the other line said that, "the lady isn't here, but leave your number and she'll call you back in 20 minutes." She never called him back. I called and got the same response. This process has been incredibly frustrating and the only remedy available to me is to dispute the charges with my bank. Avoid doing business with flower company at all cost. They are incredibly unprofessional and will give you the round about if you have any issues with your order. I believe that this business is either significantly incompetent or is deliberately scamming people out of...

Today I ordered flowers from this shop,A day after mother’s day. I was skeptical about it after reading a few bad reviews. But I risked it anyway because all I wanted to do is make sure my mother knew I was thinking about her. After talking to my mom I was glad I ordered through this flower shop. She was very happy with the beautiful arrangement,I was more happy about the service they provided. The lady I placed my order through was really patient and polite,she actually listen to what I was looking for and was able to help me get what I wanted for my mom by suggesting and sending pictures to me while we were on the phone. What I was more happy is I found out that same lady was the one that delivered the flowers. My mom is an elderly lady and not only did she deliver, she helped her get her flowers to where she wanted them and went out of her way to help her get my mom’s groceries in side her house. I do recommend this shop and strongly recommend anyone to request this lady to help you out with your order. I can’t remember clear if her name was Mary Ann or Mariam. I will personally call just to tell her thanks for making my moms day with her good service. People like her is what makes small businesses...
