I had a really bad experience in this place I bought a living room set, (sofa loveseat and recliner) the sofa and loveseat where in stock at the store so they where delivered immediately but the recliner had to be ordered, after it was delivered we tried it and we realized that the foot rest didn't go up how it should I also noticed it had some rust on the metal that brings up the foot rest so I called the store right away and they told me that they were going to contact the delivery guys and they would call me back of course I never got a call back, 4 straight days I kept calling and they would tell me the same thing and I would never get a call back . I strongly recomend not going to this furniture store they have horrible customer service and bad furniture quality. I had the worst experience with this store. They were friendly and very helpful when I first went in with my daughter to pick her bed but after that, customer service was horrible! Rosie told me she'd call me with a delivery date on the following Tuesday/Wednesday but by Wednesday evening, no call so I called her that evening and she said she'd call me back Thursday and by evening still no call so I had to call back again. Delivery came during the time she stated and the guys were friendly, nice and installed my daughters bed quickly but they were missing a part of her bed. I calles Rosie and she put the blame on the Delivery guys saying they should've taken it and she didn't know why they didn't. She was supposed to call me back to figure out a Delivery date for the last piece of furniture and OF COURSE NO CALL! I had to call.. whwn I spoke to a worker on Friday he scheduled Monday between 11 and 1, but when i called Monday to confirm they told me they weren't coming to my area for a while so they had to get pre-approval before they could deliver my item. I ended up getting my item until 7pm that day!! I would never refer anyone to this business as they proved they were only interested in...

I bought two mattress here and honestly very bad quality not good, I call the store for the warranty and the lady say that she was going to send someone to my house to check the mattress I bought with them to check what was going on and that they could exchanged for another due to the warranty.
