So this review is in reference to how they handled their opening after COVID, so we paid our tuition while my children couldn't attend, supported their shirt fundraiser, donated to their go-fund-me and were waiting for their re-opening. When they re- opened and I attempted to enroll my children with no success, and their inability to give us any type of priority despite our support and having had paid for classes that were not provided. We got a call with them saying they could not accommodate us, the staff who is usually friendly rudely did not make any attempts to accommodate my children. If you can make the drive to Visalia, I would suggest going to CCGI instead of this gymnastics company. Staff is a mess and they have a high turnover rate. The “managers” are far from good managers but what else can you expect from a small owned gymnastics company. They’re not organized and they do the bare minimum when it comes to teaching. Owner does not take complaints seriously especially serious ones as he’s afraid of conflict and doing the right thing.
