Terrible customer service. Explained that when I called out other person said the phone was distorted. When they call me no problem. He got out a toothbrush and said sounds like a microphone issue. Asked how a microphone issue could only be a problem one way? He just said again microphone issue. Asked Why I couldnāt see my data usage for previous months to determine if there was a better plan. He told me it was under settings and printed out paper which was just for a total so far this month which I obviously already knew as that was my question.
