Boost Mobile — Local services in Hannibal

Terrible customer service. Explained that when I called out other person said the phone was distorted. When they call me no problem. He got out a toothbrush and said sounds like a microphone issue. Asked how a microphone issue could only be a problem one way? He just said again microphone issue. Asked Why I couldn’t see my data usage for previous months to determine if there was a better plan. He told me it was under settings and printed out paper which was just for a total so far this month which I obviously already knew as that was my question. I just switch to Boost Mobile from u.s. cellular last month. This young man is always willing to help you get going and has a smile and very informative. I have observed that he goes the extra mile for his customers. Boost is so new to me that I can't truthfully rate it like a can the store itself. With my switch I got a new, very nice LG Stylo 4 phone....

Have insurance for over a year ,been without a phone since 7/11/2022 so very hard to find out anything threw insurance. Boost mobile says to keep calling them.they need to take care of their long time customer,been with them...
