This store is known for it’s great discount witch I have enjoyed several purchases.My recent purchase I was told if not satisfied bring it back,Unfortunately the TV I bought came defective separated from the frame,this was not notice when two employees assist me. It’s wasn’t a noticeable issue as the right corner is wrapped in plastic and is were the employees were holding it up, they had me focus on the screen. I came to return it and it wasn’t until Margarita MGR pointed out the return policy and the next step, I told her I would just buy a replacement and deal with the return. I did the steps and when I was able to called Rolling Meadow spoke with Dan who stated the policy and said I should have read the receipt. I again explain that I am looking to refund my money as I am not aware of the policy or have needed in the past purchase of my Samsung TV, he begins to state if I didn’t notice at the store that he assumes it was customer error. Either way he was not interested to make a customer happy or satisfy my request,but said email the photos of the TV and I did only to have him state that is my error and void the policy. I can not tell you how disappointed I feel off how his words just made me feel..I am not pulling a fast one…I purchased a more expensive TV as a replacement…No regards for customer Service..No customer Service at this location in Streamwood and lack of knowledge.I have been made to feel like a thief, liar and a nobody by this cooperate Rep...
   Read moreI bought an electric scooter here for $90 (originally marked $189) and was really excited to get a deal. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.
As soon as I tried to set it up, I noticed the handlebars wouldn’t twist on, so I had to call and arrange for replacement handlebars. When I finally gave it to my son for his birthday, the scooter—with a fully charged battery—only lasted four minutes before completely dying on the very first use.
When I called the store, I was told they would test the equipment and send me a new one. However, I was also informed that all of their scooters are having the same issue with the battery. On top of that, I was never made aware that everything in the store is refurbished/returned items.
To make matters worse, the store doesn’t do exchanges or refunds. The scooter only came with a three-month warranty, and I’ve already spent a month going back and forth trying to get a replacement. I’m worried the warranty will expire before I even receive something usable, leaving me stuck with a product I paid for but can’t use.
Overall, this was a very disappointing purchase—my son wasn’t even able to enjoy his birthday gift. I strongly recommend that the store be more transparent about selling refurbished items, stand behind the products they sell with clear exchange/refund options, and properly test electronics before putting them...

Then a man walked out of his office and denied this.. It’s not even the grand opening and this is how your already starting out. & obviously, the other gentleman who informed us of this discount was not informed correctly. Which should be honored in some sort. Even if it was $10. It’s bad management since he failed to informed his employees correctly. But to each their own. .
