Attending the New Year's party at this venue was an absolutely sensational experience that left an indelible mark on the way I welcomed the new year. The ambiance was nothing short of amazing, creating an atmosphere that seamlessly blended sophistication with the promise of a night filled with excitement and joy. Upon arriving at 7, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the party had already begun to unfold with appetizers served at 6:45. The attention to detail was evident from the beautifully decorated tables, setting the stage for an evening of indulgence. The setup was nothing short of spectacular, immediately capturing my attention and setting high expectations for the night ahead. The food offerings were, without a doubt, a highlight of the evening. The variety was staggering, ensuring there was something to delight every palate. From the delectable fried shrimp and calamari to the savory sausages and a cheese table that could satisfy even the most discerning cheese connoisseur, the appetizers set the tone for a culinary journey that surpassed expectations. The chicken empanadas and veggie egg rolls added a delightful touch to the array of choices. At 8:10, just when I thought it couldn't get any better, fresh-baked bread was served with butter, elevating the dining experience to another level. The pre-selected meal, chosen at the time of reservation, was a testament to the organizers' commitment to providing a personalized and memorable culinary adventure. The servers were not only efficient but also exceptionally nice and helpful, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. A sweet finale awaited us, starting with salted caramel ice cream served at the tables. Following this, the sweet table unfolded, featuring a mesmerizing chocolate fountain, fresh fruits, strawberry ice cream elegantly presented in flute glasses, and an assortment of desserts that showcased a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The attention to detail in the dessert presentation mirrored the earlier courses, ensuring a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. The entertainment throughout the night was top-notch. The DJ curated a playlist that kept the dance floor alive and buzzing with energy. The crowd, lively and enthusiastic, added to the vibrant atmosphere. As the clock struck 12, a spectacular display of fireworks, accompanied by the excitement of balloon popping—a fitting crescendo to welcome the new year. Surprising everyone around 1 am, the organizers thoughtfully served pizza, providing a comforting and delicious end to an evening filled with gastronomic delights and festivities. In conclusion, this New Year's party was a masterfully orchestrated event that seamlessly blended a captivating ambiance, exquisite culinary offerings, and vibrant entertainment. The meticulous planning and attention to detail were evident at every turn, ensuring an unforgettable celebration that set the bar high for future festivities. If you're seeking an extraordinary way to ring in the new year, this event is undoubtedly one to consider—a perfect combination of opulence, flavor, and celebration.

We planned our wedding with Tammie and scheduled in June 2021. While there were small changes due to Covid our wedding went on as planned. First issue was meeting Patti, whom says she wasn't aware two women were marrying. She asked my wife if she was my sister, and although I addressed this foolishness this was only the beginning. The day of our wedding she was great with getting drinks and food but when the important parts happened she was no where to be found as a coordinator. Before I was walked down the aisle she decides to share with my parents she didn't know two women were marrying, asked if I'm pregnant as if I don't have vows shortly. She tried to ruin our day with her lack of professionalism and pub host energy. She was not around after are Ceremony ended to direct guests, she wasn't around to direct my wife in but was so chatty with me. She was having ignorant conversations about the bride being upset with her and that she only messed up a couple of times. She stayed by the bar so most guests thought she was a waitress. We had 2 gift boxes and she broke a box and still put this broken box out when we had another one available. I only noticed after I came in the reception and she had the nerve to have a card in her hands, I had to remind her not to touch anything on our gift table and take the card that wouldn't fit. Having her there couldn't take away from our day but she created chaos and bad energy The Seville should be ashamed to pass off this hack as a coordinator. Energetically this is not a place for a lesbian wedding find another Venue.

I had my wedding reception at this venue in April 2021 and I've worked with both Desiree and Nicole. They were both extremely helpful, responsive, and always available for questions or calls. I appreciate the professionalism that they both exhibited! Planning your wedding is stressful, adding COVID to it is a whole new level of stressful. Regardless, we were able to have our wedding exactly how we wanted it - we were able to have 1.5 rooms for our guests and band, we brought our own alcohol to the event, and there was so much food i don't think anyone walked out hungry. The food tasted amazing, even though we did encounter one minor issue that may have happened during the menu tasting, but it's alright because the food was delicious :) We also spoke with the owner a couple of times to discuss payment terms only because there were a lot of unknowns at the time we were supposed to pay our second deposit. The owner was very friendly, professional, and extremely understanding, thank you for that! The venue seems to be newly remodeled and it looks absolutely gorgeous - colors are neutral, which makes it perfect for weddings in case the bride & groom have bridesmaids and groomsmen in colorful outfits - pictures would look amazing on the stairwell and in the lobby area (also in the rooms of course). The venue, owner, and staff were so friendly and helpful that it made our experience and our reception that much more special. THANK YOU. I highly recommend this venue for any event - wedding, baptism, birthday, etc.

Today is February 14th. Back in October I booked my wedding ceremony at the Seville. The wedding will be at the end of June, now at a different location. My fiancée and I had looked at several locations that weren’t able to book us at the time we wanted or required some additional room fees. The Seville was our last and least enthusiastic spot. I should’ve listened to my fiancée’s concerns more but we were both tired and defeated by the time we came to the Seville. We signed a contract and were told we had to pay in full ($1295) as there was no option to make payments or put down a small deposit. Afterwards, the Seville informed us we’d have a scanned copy of the contract sent to our email but we never received anything.

In the 4 months that I had my ceremony booked at the Seville, I never received any communication from them. Every other vendor, from the reception site, DJ, Reverent, florist, photographer, videographer, baker, and wedding planner checked in and updated details with us through email. The Seville is also the only vendor who required a full payment. Recently, when the wedding planner, a carpenter and my fiancée went to visit the Seville to plan out seating and a timeline, we called ahead of time and were told to walk in without an appointment. It was during this meeting that we discovered the space simply wasn’t going to work for what we wanted. We asked the woman helping us if we could switch some things around in our package to better accommodate our expectations but she acted as if we were wasting her time. Granted, she was also helping another couple at the time and looked like she was having a rough day. However, she informed us there was no compromise on the contract.

After discussing our concerns with our wedding planner, we decided to cancel our ceremony at the Seville. Since we paid in full, we knew we’d have to forfeit some money. Their email is not listed on their website and since we’ve never had a direct line of communication, my fiancée called the Seville. On the phone, the woman informed us that according to their policy, we’d have to forfeit 85% of our money without exception.

Hoping this was a miscommunication, I made an appointment yesterday to speak to someone in person. At that time, I still didn’t have a copy of the contract I signed. I spoke with Nicole, who was empathetic. She understood my situation and printed out a copy of my contract for me to review. It should be noted that she changed some details of the “Additional Charges and Instructions” section of the contract before printing it. Nicole also grabbed the original. Comparing the two, it’s more or less the same information, but worded differently. I still don’t have a copy of the original I signed. Nicole wanted to help me, but was at the mercy of her company’s policy. She told me to speak with the owner, Sam, and handed me a business card. When I told her I’d call Sam in the lobby, she offered to call him and we could both speak to him.

Nicole called Sam and explained the situation, then handed the phone to me. Sam was stern on the phone and told me I had no other option than to lose 85% of the money I paid him. No matter how often I told him that there’s still 4 months to book the room after my cancellation, he would counter with “There was also 4 months where I couldn’t book the room.” I got angry on the phone after Sam refused to compromise and hung up. Nicole apologized and wrote me a check for $195. She informed me that since a typical deposit is $2000 and our wedding was less, paying in full was the only option they could have offered us. I knew none of this beforehand.

In total, I lost $1100. I’m disappointed by the Seville’s policies and their management’s lack of customer service. There was no attempt to accommodate our wedding day concerns and they didn’t provide us with a copy of the contract we signed. I would not recommend booking with...

My husband and I got married here just a couple weeks ago. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives! Having our reception at the Seville was a GREAT decision. We had visited a lot of wedding venues in the Chicagoland area and the Seville truly stood out to us as they offered exactly what we were looking for i.e. up lighting, dancing on the clouds, cold sparklers, trusted list of vendors, delicious food, etc. It was an easy choice to make too, once we met some of the great people who work at this venue. We met with Desiree two years ago which is one of the wedding coordinators at this beautiful establishment. She was there for us since day 1 and ensured we got everything we wanted for our wedding and MORE! I will never forget how she went out of her way to answer all our questions and she always responded quickly. She would call and text me even on the weekends sometimes and I really appreciated that she was with us throughout the whole wedding planning process. She stuck by her word and promises and I will truly miss working with Desiree! She was so kind, funny, and just an easy person to talk to!

There were others that were great as well that I'd like to give a shout out to which include the IT crew specifically Eugenio who went out of his way to make sure all the audio & visuals worked correctly before our big day. Tammy is another great wedding coordinator that was able to help us a lot when Desiree was out of the office and we were lucky to have worked with her as well. Lisa was very nice as well and helped us check in all our lovely wedding decor and made sure we got everything back the next morning plus extra sweets and our cake topper. Also, big thank you to our day of wedding coordinator Yesenia! She ensured we got everything we wanted and needed on our actual wedding day and everything turned out perfect!

This is truly a beautiful, well kept venue with amazing packages available and endless options to add to your day. The food is delicious and the food tasting is a great time to enjoy all their food prior to picking your menu! Their preferred DJ JAZ ENTERTAINMENT is GREAT and there are plenty of hotels in the area. They offer plenty of open houses throughout the year to meet with people and tour the place. Private bridal suite will be given to you as well for the day of your wedding.

We greatly miss our wedding day and if you're stuck on whether or not you should make the Seville your wedding day venue believe me when I say they will do everything they can to make your day THE BEST. VERY HAPPY BRIDE...
