KFC — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Don't know where to start. I'm glad I have the opportunity to review this establishment. We visited this place a few months ago, I had forgotten apparently because I agreed to walk in again and eat here, Big mistake!

I ordered something from the wall they have displayed with pictures and prices, it was the 8 pieces of chicken and 3 large sides and 4 bisquits, the price said 24.95 plus taxes, they charged me 25.95 plus taxes. I asked why? said that is the price and I said well you advertisement says 24.95, they still had the same answere, so I just said ok. So I paid the the 25.95 plus the taxes. Then we got our order to EAT IN and I asked for plates, the person said we don't have plates and I said what?, so how are we suppose to eat here? he said just from the bucked and with your hands, lol, I can eat chicken with my hands but how can 4 people eat from the 3 large sides with no silverware or plates, Lol. So I asked someone else and they said the same we don't have plates, I said we'll where do you serve the normal side orders he said in this black little plastic containers, I said can we have 4 please. So he gave me 4 and I also asked for silverware and ketchup and napkins, previously I had asked for 4 cups for water which I was handed but when I was about to get the water there WAS NO WATER IN THE MACHINE, so they had to fill the cups for us, finally we can enjoy our meal I thought, well NOT HAPPENING the chicken was SO DRY, you could see the dark spots on the chicken, NOT FRESH AT ALL, at this point I was so upset I just ate what I had already paid for just wanted to eat and leave. At the end our children wanted to wash their hands to remove the grease, I accompanied them to the bathroom and we'll the restroom was clean but there was no liquid soap or hand soap, we had to use the hand sanitizer instead as soap then rinse with water. Ordered 3 and Nashville hot chicken little sandwiches through the drive-through waited at the window for about 5ish minutes before anyone bothered to greet there or tell me my total. Get greeted by my some kid with bloodshot eyes. Hands me some random combo for $6.79. I didn't even bother opening pull around to the front park the car go in, where I waited for 2 minutes(1st in line) for some one who is cleaning the floor to greet me. Tell him I received this and I ordered 3 Nashville hot chicken little sandwiches I dont know what this is. He tells me someone will swap it out. Noticing it is only him and the drive-through worker there respond with while I wait does he mind at least refunding this order and I'll wait to place my correct order he goes into the office takes another 2 minutes to figure out how to refund an order I just paid with a card a minute later 3 people pour out of the office I get handed 87¢ where I mentioned I paid with a card but whatever. 3 minutes later I get handed 3 chicken little sandwiches with very little to no Nashville hot sauce.. this KFC need better management or at least a testing(of knowledge or of the medical kind) for their employees. Every few years I try to give this KFC another shot every time they disappoint. I genuinely have no idea how KFC has not shut this location down or replaced...

AWESOME!!! I stopped in on a Saturday night at about 9:30pm after being at work all day. I went through the drive-through & wanted the 3 crispy strips meal with a mashed potatoes & gravy & a cole slaw as the 2 sides. It comes with a biscuit. The young lady over the speaker stated that they could make it, but it would be a 5 minute wait. She asked if that would be okay, I said "Yes, FOR SURE!!" :) I LOVE KFC, btw. I would've gladly waited half an hour for it ;D When she asked would you like anything else with that? I thought for a minute & said "Yeah, actually I would like a macaroni & cheese small side." She said no problem, we'll throw it in for free for the inconvenience. I smiled & said "Okay, thank you." I paid at the window then she requested I pull up by the door (so the drive-through could flow normally). The food was AWESOME!!! So good!!! They even threw in a free small chocolate chip cookie :) I'm too full from the delicious chicken & sides to enjoy that cookie just yet. I think I paid $7 & change. Best late dinner meal ever! I will definitely be visiting again soon :) 5/5...
