Would give zero stars if possible. Other than being extremely overpriced I still randomly visited and purchased small quantities or lower cost items until being able to get to my reg shop just because it’s so close to my house and most of the guys I dealt with were somewhat knowledgeable and friendly. More recently they started being closed during reg hours with a help wanted sign on the door until they hired a new girl. Been in 3 times since, first time she was doing training so one of the reg guys actually rang me up and was fine but the past two times she was there by herself and had awful Experiences. The first time she made me run my card twice because she said it didn’t go through and still said it after the second time and made me pay cash. I checked my debit card acct when i got back out to my car and saw both charges were on my card so I went back in and showed her and asked her to either give me a refund for the cash and cancele one of the two charges to my card or keep the cash and just cancel the two charges to my card… she refused to do either and said I’d have to deal with my bank…wth!!! The next visit she just overcharged and refused to fix it. You could not pay me to return there for a third time unless they get rid of her and find someone competent or at least willing to call someone and see how to fix the issue when there is one. Until then there are many better vape stores and even if they’re farther away it’s worth the savings and not getting charged multiple times for the same overpriced items. Don’t want it to sound like this is just a rant to get you to choose a certain different store but i recommend reading reviews for ones in Hammond and I’m sure the reviews for somewhere will be way better and if you end up at my reg shop I’m sure it’ll be yours too in the future. Many of the people I be talked to there drive an hour or more just because it’s so much better than any others....

Luis has been extremely helpful every time I've come in. I won't go anywhere else for my vaping needs. He took the time to show me how to setup my new tank and tips on putting the cotton on correctly. It was quite different from my old tank. They also price match if anyone has lower prices so why go anywhere else?

Edit: my last visit there I tried to get my price match and was lied to. I was told that the price I claimed from vape 219 was not what vape 219 was not selling it for. The associated at cotton and coils told me he was just in vape 219 and they had raised there prices. Lies. They never changed there prices. Louis also does not work there anymore and he was the only employee there that was personable and honored the sign out front about price matching. I will not be shopping at cotton and...

It says that the shop is open at 10, I show up at 10...not open, I show up at 1030...not open still, 11 clock comes around and still the shop looks like a ghost town, now 1130 has come and still no sign of anyone! What kind of business are you providing false information, not coming through, and really not a great venue on top of it, I will never spend my money here or at the crown point location, I will never tell my friends about this place because "they are usually closed during open hours", I will stop my friends from going here from now on.
