Our experience with Proud Moments ABA has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. Over the course of a year and a half, we had to navigate through the turnover of four behavioral therapists and three BCBAs. This constant staff change made it nearly impossible to establish the consistent, trusting relationships that are essential for meaningful progress in ABA therapy.
To make matters worse, the clinical director showed a noticeable lack of compassion and interpersonal skills, often coming across as disengaged and indifferent to the emotional and developmental needs of our child. It became increasingly clear that the organization operates more like a business chasing financial goals than a clinic genuinely invested in the well-being of its patients.
ABA therapy is a demanding and sensitive field that should be driven by passion, empathy, and commitment—traits we rarely encountered during our time with Proud Moments.
