Heather Tuttle, Did you ever stop to think about how much business the baristas at this store experience EVERY SINGLE DAY, did you know there is a NATIONWIDE LABOR SHORTAGE? I visit this Starbucks location every day of the week. They get increasingly more busy with every day of business. The baristas are kind, welcoming, and above all else genuine in this approach to their customer service. In the midst of the insane numbers of customers they serve, and drink and food that they prepare they still manage to make the experience personal. All while working so fast, never failing to work as hard as humanly possible in such a face front service industry. If ice goes flying and milk is all over the counters it actually adds to my positive experience. It is proof that these hard working employees care about the speed of service that most of the Starbucks customers expect. Kudos to this magnificent staff, for showing up every day with a positive attitude and an authentic personal experience. I adore you all, and appreciate your service! Special thanks to Katie (who is ALWAYS on bar slinging ice and milk everywhere!) who without her, this stores speed would dramatically decrease. And also to Ireland for bringing the most kind, upbeat, positive energy and clearly leading her team to the most successful levels of business. Also always kind and darling humans: Dylan, Meghan, Eric, Jim, Angus, Emi, and on and...
Read moreI ordered gingerbread latte it took forever for them to make it, even though it was fully staffed and there were not a lot of people in the store. When I got my latte, I just rushed out to go on with my business I realized punkin spice topping was not added it also didn’t have the usual sweetness that I know of from other locations. I called & spoke to a male rep that day he said he would write my name down & I should come back anytime for a remake. When I was finally able to go back after catching the flu, I told the cashier my name & asked for a manager a young man came up told me Africa the manager wasn’t around. He also said ginger bread was disconnected & that my name wasn’t left behind & wanted proof of my order so I showed him on my phone only for him to tell me to call Starbucks for a refund he can’t help. I went ahead and I just ordered a mocha Café again, not is unusual sweetness that I’m used to from other location. I called Starbucks they said they will report it to the location manager & I will receive a call. I still have not received a call. I am not buying anything else from...
Read moreI always go to Starbucks at this location, never had a problem at all. The service is quick. The coffee is good. And the place is clean, but on Monday Presidents’ Day, I ordered two drinks. The first drink came quickly. Then I told the lady excuse me. I ordered two drinks not one cup. She said the guy is working on the second one. So I’m waiting around waiting around. 20 minutes go by. I said finally. This is ridiculous. What’s happening. Then they start working on the drink. And I had to speak to the manager about it. Some barista try to be so quick and they don’t actually read the ticket when it says two drinks not one. Very disappointed in the service today. Part of the reason we pay more for our coffee is for the experience, and this just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The manager should’ve given me a free drink. I’m very...
