My son and I stopped into the shop on our way home from a basketball tournament in Rockford. We are not from the area but never miss an opportunity to look at cards. He purchased a Topps Update Blaster Box and ripped it in the shop. Unfortunately, he was disappointed in what he found or didnt find. Recognizing this, one of the guys behind the counter very generously gave him an autographed card since this was his first time into the shop. Extremely generous and very appreciated! Next time we are in the area, we will stop by to take advantage of their great selection and pricing. ...

My youngest son has started to get into cards and I figured I'd run him to the shop to get his questions answered and have them look at some of his cards. While my son didn't have anything the shop was looking for, Dilen took the time to explain what to look for and answered all the questions my son had in great detail. I wasn't looking for any cards that day but seeing how Dilen interacted with my son made me want to support this business in any way I could. Glad to have this in the area and have already taken apart in some breaks....

Visually stunning shop but that fades away real quick when you try to get any service. Thought card shops are supposed to be more welcoming. This place is absolutely not that. Both times I came here all within 2 weeks no help was given to type of customer service. The guy that I paid was not very knowledgeable about the products just grabbed them and handed then to me. Not a place I would continue visiting especially with all the big store competition these days. They lost a future customer. I don't think...
