Customer service sucks! We went on 10/22/22 around 12:30. There was a loud, obnoxious and rude older lady at the counter. She was literally yelling at the lady coming in at the next shift to move away from her because the owners see the cameras and they would call her asap and get after her. As we were about to pay she tells us they are not accepting credit cards. She then proceed to tell us that when we walked in she informed us. I told her she did not. Her co-worker told her that it was someone else she told and he yelled back at her that it was us. I explained it was and she started arguing with us . This isn’t the first time she has been rude. I have been to Carniceria Del Valle a few times the first time I purchased meat there the meat was tough, I didn't think much about it due to the fact that meat sometimes comes out tough, but several times it just doesn't appeal to me. I recently bought a package and the beef was tough and the chicken even though marinated had a foul oder to it, I do not recommend this place unless your into tough smelly meat. Which obviously there are some people who like it. Weirdos!!! If this incident just happened once I wouldn't be complaining but several times back to back just makes a person want to spread the word to go elsewhere to purchase meat, those they dont spend money on a dogs chew toy.
