I recently got screwed by Sonic for $34.59, I am a loyal customer and would like to know if I'm the only one who this has happened to. Let me explain a few days ago I was placing an order from sonic I left my phone in the table because I was going to ask other family members if they would like something to eat before placing the order. I went back to add more items thats when I realized my disabled sister pressed the button to send for the order. I called immediately to cancel the order so I could finish adding items and making sure it was set for delivery. Well to my dismay it was set for pickup. I dont have a vehicle right now its in the garage getting worked on so i was going to have it delivered. I called sonic and they said to call customer service which I did i spoke to a kind lady named Nanette very kind and helpful. I explained what happened and she said she would have to talk to her colleague about it, she said it would only take a minute. She came back on and said that I would be getting a full refund in a few days. I stayed waiting for the refund nothing but an email saying that my order wasn't going to be canceled or delivered and that I wasn't getting a refund or credit. I got screwed by Sonic. No cancelation of the order placed, No food, no refund, no credit, All I got was screwed. I will not be purchasing anything more from Sonic and I will not take down this post until this issue is resolved. I will let everyone know how this is resolved if it even gets resolved. I am very upset about this matter being told that they couldn't cancel my order after being placed, not being able to get a refund for food I didn't receive or full credit. I payed sonic for nothing, Literally. I am posting this because I have been a Loyal Sonic customer and I have every receipt from every order I have placed with sonic including the one I payed sonic for nothing. If ordered separately it's less than 5$ but in a combo it's $5.94 with tax.. For the SAME thing!. Usually I've been charged the lesser of the two prices. Only occasionally I have paid more (I never said anything because I assumed the price went up) I finally realized what was happening today, when I was charged the higher price. Read moreHamburger had an old odd taste. The girl at the drive thru talked so fast i had to say what several times. I ordered 2 all american hot dogs, tator tots and route 44 cherry limeaide. I also order a number 2 with tator tots and route 44 cherry limeaide. She originally rannge up the hot dogs as kids meals. I told her i never asked for kids meals. She the cleared the order and made me repeat it. When i did she ask if i wanted a number 6 and an extra hot dog. I said yes. She rang it up it showed as 2 combos and hotdog and cherry limeaides. Get right, but no. I get to the window she tells me total. I pay, get order. Start to leave and find i am missing a tator tot. Go back around to drive thru to tell them i am missing a tator tot.
