This place is ridiculous. Not sure if this review would even matter as management there showed absolutely zero concern.
Just spent 25 minutes of my 30 min lunch waiting in line. There was literally only 4 cars ahead of me. Not sure what was going on but it appeared there was a mess up with an order. And instead of asking the customer to pull forward to address the issue. They literally put the entire line at an over 20 minute stand still. Then tried to hand me my order that was probably cold from sitting there while they remade the guys order in front of me. I declined the food and drove off. Not only did I not get lunch. I was late back to work because of this failure of a system and lack of care for its customers.
Either: The staff is not trained properly on how to handle issues like this. (Fault lies at management)
The manager is not trained properly on how to handle the drive thru and folds under pressure.
Or they simply just do not care and have adapted this culture of treating customer horribly. In the end we do not need whataburger, whataburger needs us. This idea of spitting on customers who are willing to spend their hard earned money and supporting your livelihood, is not only outdated but severely misses the mark on today's customer service.

Read moreTook my uncle to get a chicken sandwich. We got to the drive thru at 8pm, there was only 3 cars in lane A and 1 in lane B (I took this lane). First, the took like 5 min just to take our order, We ordered a #11 with onion rings and a vanilla shake, and a medium strawberry shake. 1st it took them like 10 min to come to the car to verify order and collect the payment. Then we kept waiting and waiting. By then there was long lines on both sides.... 20 min later they come with the bag for the sandwich and no shakes.. she tells me that it's gonna take other 10 min for the shakes because they hadn't loaded the ingredients into the machine. By now, I was already very frustrated with the service (rare for a whataburger) and just asked the girl to please go ahead and cancel the shakes and just get my uncle the drink that comes with the combo and just give a refund from the shake. She went back inside and took her an extra 10 min just to bring a Dr. Pepper and the refund for the shakes...... 45 min in the drive thru lane when there was only 5 cars in both lanes including us.... Extreme dissatisfied with the kind of service provided at this "Fast"...
Read moreI don’t normally leave reviews, but my recent experience at Whataburger was bad enough that I felt the need to speak up. I placed an order and not only did it take a long time to come out, but when I finally got my food, it was completely wrong. The main reason I went was for the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich, which is usually one of my favorites—but this time, it was cold, dry, and barely had any BBQ sauce on it. It honestly tasted like it had been sitting out for a while.
To make things worse, the service was really slow. I waited far longer than expected, and even though it wasn’t super busy, the staff didn’t seem very organized or attentive. When I brought up the issue, I didn’t feel like anyone really cared to fix it.
Whataburger is usually reliable, so this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I spent my money and time expecting a decent meal, and instead got poor service and cold food. I hope management takes this seriously and makes some improvements, because this isn’t the standard people expect...
