I had been to a few other antique stores on Jackson street before coming into this one on the day of my visit... the other stores: hum drum, run of the mill... exaggerated prices, surly staff, blah atmosphere. This place? As soon as I walked thru the door I was pleasantly and genuinely greeted. They had upbeat big band music on the radio. The place was clean and felt fresh. I had the need to use their restroom and they happily pointed me in the right direction... very clean. As I looked around I was greeted by other staff, eager to assist. I had been admiring a classic car book but wondered outloud if the pricing could be a tad bit more competitive. A very nice lady said she'd ask the owner of the item... she quickly came back and said he was agreeable to the offer I'd made. Read moreI’ve been coming here for years and it is still my favorite antique shop in Harlingen. I’ve bought so many trinkets from here; one of my prized possessions, a beautiful photograph of a deer, I got from this shop! Each little stand or corner has a different theme and every vendor is so friendly. I love the beauty of the timeless plates or whatever salt shakers I may find. The staff is all lovely, I often find myself getting lost in conversation with a lot of them! Super friendly, super pleasant visit every time. I highly recommend 💗 So happy to have...
