The Worst experience I have ever had to deal with at Any "restaurant". My wife asked for a menu and I went to the bathroom because I could not hold it any longer. When I came out of the bathroom I was looking over the menu and my wife said that she wanted to "wash her hands". The waitress asked what we wanted to drink and we told her "just water". She asked if we were ready yet and I said we need a little more time. I continued looking at the menu when my wife asked the waitress where the bathroom was. (The waitress then told my wife that we can not use the bathroom if we are only getting water.) She did not allow us any time to look over the menu and decide what we wanted to eat. She just assumed that we were vagrants and told us that we could not use the bathroom. I got mad and hollered all we wanted was to get something to eat and this "waitress" insults us. Then another woman walks up I suppose she might have been the manager or owner but when I told her that the waitress insulted us, she said " No she did not". How did she know what the waitress said when she was nowhere near us. Then I tried to explain how the waitress told us we couldn't use the bathroom before giving us the chance to order But another woman jumped in and was interrupting me while I was trying to explain to the "manager". If this is the kind of treatment you give to customers then I and All my friends and family will never eat there. And I hope that your "business" fail as bad as it has failed to treat customer...

Well, I like to say that when I went to the restroom and they didn't have a toliet seat and still had the restroom open for public use, I should have ran and left. But I wanted to give this place a chance. When we ordered, we my husband and I ordered the fajitas plate. When they brought us our food. The fajitas were just a piece of meat and no onion or bell peppers, and we had to cut our own meat. I asked what the plate was she the waitress said that that was fajitas. I just laughed. I ordered avocado, and they brought me a cut-up avocado and some Pico de gallo on the side. I guess it was supposed to be guacamole it was $6.00 that I had to make myself. The waitress never came to our table to ask if we were ok. The beans tasted like if they were spolied. It's just gross. She never gave us our ticket. We had to go to the counter to get it to pay. The food sucked the server sucked. We will never ever eat here again the worst place in Harlingen to eat. Save your money and find a real place that has better customer service and better food. I am not a local here but I have family here and this is the go to spot for breakfast when we visit. I honestly didn't use to like it but recently my mother said I should try it again. We came more than once and I would recommend anyone stopping by to give it a try. I'm The Few times we came I tried a small menudo which was AMAZING! Also their tacos are pretty huge! I ordered small ones though so make sure to be specific on the size you want. My daughter is picky and had a small fideo soup and she loves it now. The barbacoa is also tasty. We all tried the breakfast items which were all good the only thing I did notice one of the times we came was the amount of scrambled eggs that was put in the chicharon con huevo plate, I think it could have used more. I do remember in the past when I would come that was a thing they had done to me as well. Other than that the service was great! The coffee is good. Would definitely recommend as far as breakfast goes. I have not tried lunch or dinner items. Thank you for great service...
