i went to self check out and i wanted to do a split payment and the machine did not allow me to, and I turned around to look for help when I looked up a a worker with a target shirt look at me and I raised my hand to see if he can help me. Instead he turned around, pretended like he did not see me and looked to the other staff who was in customer service and started a conversation. I turned to the other side where the clothing is, and there was another worker which seemed to me like a manager: I did not get her name. She had short hair and glasses. She looked at me and then looked the other way to the customer service as well. She knew I wanted help however she kept talking on the radio and then ignored me and looked into her papers and the desk she was standing at , so I walked from the self check out to her and I told her maâam I need help she looked up and said yes I was polite enough to tell her that I was disturbed by her ignoring me because I thought she was going to help me, however, she pressed the screen once after I told her I wanted to do a split payment and she told me hold on a second walked away and then came back halfway and had another person help me and completely ignored me. I asked the team member helping me in electronics if he could price match the price, to my surprise he said âyesâ. He didnât question me about it, simply did it and I was able to walk out with my item ready to hit the gym. I am surprised he didnât tell me to go order it online if I wanted it at a cheaper price like at other retailers! Team member definitely saved the day & I was able to save $70 for this item!    Read moreI placed a grocery pickup @ 10am at a different store just because targets grocery section isn't as big. Pickup time was 3-4pm but I forgot an item I really needed and if I ordered it through that store I'd have to wait until the following day to pick it up. I huried and placed an order for drive up through target @1:30pm it was ready 45 mins later. Which was still before I had to pick up my grocery order elsewhere. That is why Target is awesome.
