So on 4/24/25 I went to this Chick-fil-A located on Dixieland rd in Harlingen Tx and they forgot one of my orders. I called back once I arrived at home 10 miles away And spoke with a shift leader named Kate. She has assured me that will replace the order on my next visit. Today 4/26/25 I did return to this establishment, A shift leader named April, Only gave me part of my order because Miss Kate did not put enough notes about how they got the order wrong prior. Shift leader April denied me the drink that goes with my food combo. I let her also know that they had forgot my drink on 4/24/25 and she refused to give it to me. Being a shift later requires maturity and responsibility and miss April displayed none of those. I asked to speak with another manager, and she would not tell me who I could speak with. Miss April said that they could not give me the name of another shift leader that could be able to help me. Nevertheless, after going to eat at this establishment for years and because of one employees negligence, Ms April the so called shift leader, and not allowing the drink that I paid for to be given to me, I will never return, McDonald’s doesn’t even have this kind of behavior by their employees. My 4 yr old, which the original combo they forgot to give was for, my daughter got her nuggets and fries but no drink due to Shift leader April Who stated that she would not help me with that. Read moreHarlingen location at valley vista mall. Very disappointed with the service inside dining room, they no longer have the condiments or napkins. When the employee brought us our food, We didn’t even get napkins. He brought the wrong ranch dressing for my salad and I requested buffalo sauce and it took him 3 trips before he brought it! I had to get up for napkins. No one came by to ask if everything was alright nor to offer a drink refill. I saw one of the workers filling his Gatorade bottle from the ice machine and getting half the ice in and half falling back into the bin that they serve their customers from. What happened to being sanitary because of Covid and every other germ out there. Their employees wear masks but what for if they are allowed to reuse their glasses for refills. Hayden the manager said they are allowed to refill their own cups so they save on money. What about our health and safety from this unsanitary use and cross contamination by their employees. Read moreSoo today was just a horrible day for me I was going through a lot of personal issues those you don't want to talk about with anybody so you catch yourself crying on the road or in the shower.. I was in line ordering at Chick-fil-A.. I was next to pay and get my meal through the drive thru.. I had already shed like 2 tears.. then I held it back all to my throat bc I was next to pay right.. well I drove up and my eyes were so watery i couldn't hold it back I didn't make eye contact to the person that charged me.. I just handed it over.. he gave me my card back and he gave me my meal.. then he handed over a ice cream cone and said "I hope the rest of your day gets better".. I started to ball into tears after he gave me that.. I thought even know this random person doesn't know me doesn't know what I was facing he was so kind and of course ice cream makes things better but best believe I was eating it and crying even more bc of the kindness he shared..
