My review is based solely on the product I received as their staff was friendly and professional. I do not recommend ordering a corsage from them. The corsage had three very very tiny roses on it that had brown on the leaves. The green was fake leaves which I was very disappointed in. The florist did try to add babies breath for me to make it a little better but for a $3 charge. I believe I was overcharged for the product I received. I really wanted to like this florist but unfortunately it was a fail for us and we will not return. In past we used a florist (went out of business unfortunately) where we paid $40 for a corsage AND boutonnière that had all FRESH flowers and the bracelet was a slap bracelet that the girls loved! If you want to forever dream about your wedding florals, then go to Hiatt’s! We have always used Hiatt’s for holidays that involve flower purchases. They helped us pick out the most beautiful arrangements. Matt even allowed me to change my mind about five thousand times, before I could be sure that everything was perfect. The flowers were a dream. I couldn’t have pictured a more perfect bouquet to hold that day. Our bridal table felt like a fairy wonderland! The florals just added to the elegance of our venue. Ordered a funeral arrangement...We got a vase with some flowers stuck in it. I called to complain and also sent pics and was told that they would never let something like that leave their shop and it must have been the funeral home...maybe someone removed some flowers/or dropped them? They offered us a $20 credit for our trouble.....the trouble is we didn't get what we paid for and spent the day of the funeral trying to take pics of the awful arrangement and also explaining to the family of the deceased that it wasn't what we ordered :(
