Today I entered your establishment to buy a vaccum today. When I got to the line at the registers there was 1 employee working up there and he was dealing with a customer that was difficult and making multiple separate purchases. The line just kept growing and the time I waited without advancing to purchase my product was growing as well. After waiting in line for 15 min, I noticed a gentleman stocking in the food area behind the line and walked back to him asking if anyone could help with the long line. Now I want to add by this time the line had left the aisle you create for us to stand in and is now winding out into the store 30 people or more waiting. I asked this guy if anyone was available to help ring people out and he rudely said “I’m not on a register”. I responded with “I asked if someone could help. There are atleast 25-30 people in line and it hasn’t moved in atleast 15 min.” He proceeded to tell me help would arrive at 2 pm which was another 10 min away. I just walked away and continued to be patient. Now it’s 2:05 and I get to the nice young man at counter to check me out. I asked him who the guy was stocking right behind us and he said “that’s my manager.” My mouth hit the floor. The manager of your establishment, Ben, is unprofessional and a horrible example to set for your other employees. It explains exactly why the customer service has gone down at this location over the past few months. A team is only a strong as their leader and this guy needs to be retrained. Without the customer purchasing items from your store he nor anyone else would have a job. This job runs off consumers and the way we all were treated today in your store waiting over 30 min just to check out is absolutely absurd. If it wasn’t for the great prices you have on vaccums compared to anywhere else in town and the fact I needed it now, I would of left everything right there. This location needs a more competent manager because Ben is far from it. I will be reaching out to corporate tomorrow...

Well as I've stated before...this place has some pretty cool, gimmicky, novelty, "AS SEEN ON TV" kind of stuff. A little bit of everything and a whole lot of nothing. They have food but not enough to fill your grocery list no refrigerated products. If you're looking for some cheap carpet or rugs or even like bed sheets and towels this is a pretty good place to go. Guys one thing this place does have is extremely cheap paint equipment such as rollers brushes and tape but every aerosol spray can no matter what it is from brake cleaner to spray paint to spray adhesive is only $3.99. they also have the lowest priced bungee straps and tarps in town. If you're looking for universal phone and PC accessories they have a pretty wide selection of decent stuff. One more final thing, I do like how there's hardly ever anybody in the store but I dislike how slow they're registers are and having only one person to ring you up can build a line that seems to take forever. I remember when this place was first built when it was brand new super fresh, farmer Jack,... And I tell you what this shopping center has really gone downhill. Nothing that it would deter me from going there. If you are out that way you should check out the restore that's next door they're open Thursday through Saturday 10:00 to 6:00 and have a lot of very low priced household items such as furniture, couches, shelves, light bulbs, lamps, kitchen stuff, hardware,...

racist manager comes to my cart every time looking in it, just following me, then today she asked if I had a receipt, and I said yes but asked her why she always does this and she literally responded with "because you look like a thief, and I can do what I want" then proceeded to tell me to leave or I would be thrown out, wish they would have touched me I would have sat right there and called the police. It's a shame there's nothing I can do about being perceived as a thief and disrespected when I'm a regular customer, never been accused of stealing from there in years, she is the only person who does this to me, and she tries to flip it and make me seem like I'm the bad guy and I'm aggressive, it's a shame because of my tattoos and whatever else I'm blatantly disrespected in a place of business that I regularly spend money at.
