I’m a patient person. I don’t get angry. But please listen to me when I plead with you not to support this restaurant. Go anywhere else. This restaurant has had a history messing up my order. It wasn’t like it was super complicated. I feel like I’m not demanding the world with “No lettuce.” Today, I was fed up. I knew to check so I got back in line and asked them for my correct order. I wait through the entire line, get to the window, show them my receipt that says “no lettuce.” And they give me a replacement. I really should have checked it at the window instead of trying to be courteous by getting out of line and parking. Want to guess what was still on my order? At this point, I’ve got a bag full of food I really don’t want, and I’ve already wasted so much time. More so by now it’s just principle. I want what I ordered. I get back in line AGAIN, get to the window and the worker goes “huff what’s wrong THIS time??” Same issue, I tell her. She rolls her eyes at me, thinks for a second and goes “well…we’re out of beef, so I don’t know what you want me to do about it…” Right. Taco Bell ran out of beef. Mhm. I’ve never so much as raised my voice at a worker before, but it took every ounce of willpower I had not to throw the bag full of food I didn’t want back through the window at her. Look, Im not unreasonable, I know it’s harder to actually make something new instead of grabbing one off the completed line and I know mistakes happen some times. But come the hell on, seriously, at some point youre going to have to actually do your job and give people what they ordered. I ordered something without lettuce. It’s not hard to make something without something. What does it say about this restaurant if they can’t even manage something as simple as that? Please. I’m begging you, do NOT support this restaurant, do NOT support this kind of behavior. If you ever wanted to stick it to somewhere with terrible service, listen to me and go...
Read moreThis place has really gone downhill in the last few years.
I went in a little before dinner time, waited at an empty counter while some guy with about seven inches of hickey on his neck BSed with someone else I couldn't see.
I leaned over the counter and stared over him for several minutes before I finally got a "Yeah?" out of him, and I told him I'd like to order something.
Hickey-Neck (which comes across as highly unhygenic, I might add) just waves his hand at me and tells me it's not his duty.
Eventually a small woman comes out of one of the meal-prep stations and places a tray with an order down on the dirty (see picture) counter.
Thankfully this person seems to actually care to do her job, and she does it well. I get an order put in, wait a few minutes and eventually the guy with the hickeys all over his neck slings a tray at the counter, crushing some of the broken cinnamon curls that are still on the counter from when I came in.
The picture I post with this review is of the cinnamon curl pieces that were on the counter when I got there, while I was eating, and while I left, a good solid 25 minutes.
Overall a rather disappointing experience. I used to come here regularly after class a couple of years ago to get some studying in, but there's no way I would want to stay here any longer than necessary after this...
Read moreI ordered two items and several ingredients that cost extra were missing from the items I ordered.. I called back and the person admitted that they forgot to tell me that they were out of those items. The problem for me is the attitude when I was calmly expressing my disappointment and asking what could be done about it. The person could not offer me any help or compensation at all and told me to contact Doordash even though I never used Doordash to order. I actually called 3 other Taco Bells just to see if they could tell me the steps to take to get compensation and not one of them could...in fact, they all said they didn't know what to tell me and one even said he has never heard of someone ordering off of the Taco Bell website because he doesn't know what website I'm talking about. Just disappointing. I know I will never get the compensation and that's not even the most disappointing part... its the fact that no one cares how they treat their customers or shows concern when something was messed up... its a problem with Taco Bell as a whole. This is my third time ordering from Taco Bell, and I guarantee you, it will be my last. I can spend my money at better places with employees who do show the bare...
