Had the WORST experience! Here's the story... We order 2 whoppers at the drive thru. Get to the window & the guy goes to hand us a whopper melt meal & had already charged the card $9.88 before trying to give us the drink and meal we didn't order. My fiance politely tells the guy that isnt what we ordered. So the guy says what did you want and my Fiance tells him the 2 whoppers. The guy then charges his card AGAIN But for $12 and some change. My fiance asked if he refunded the first transaction & the guy proceeds to tell my fiance that he didnt charge him the first time. (Which we knew wasnt true but was going to check after we moved from the drive thru.) My fiance checks and they DID in fact charge the card twice so we went back to the window & asked to speak with the manager which "just so happened to be" the same dude! My fiance explained that the charge was on the card and needed it to be refunded... NOW... Dude then gets a huge attitude, tells my fiance to give him the card. "Refunds" only $9.03 to the "card", gives my fiance back his card and then slams the window closed without an apology or a word at all. THEN.... my fiance looks at the card that was refunded on the receipt and the card numbers on his card and come to find out, the dude didnt even refund my fiance's card but obviously someone else's. We figure his own! Had to call the main number to complain!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & EVIDENTLY A THIEVING MANAGER!!!! This happened on Saturday the 9th of April around 7pm for any managers or employees that see this!!!! Straighten up little soldiers! If you cant do your job correctly, allow someone with better skills to do so!!!...
Read moreWe ordered our food and moments later we noticed someone just came up and just grabbed our food we explained our order it keep getting messed up and they did not want to properly fix our order. We said no pickles and the cashier handed us the burger and said “just take the pickles off okay take it” did not want to give us the right size fries either not to mention be VERY disrespectful basically screaming how she always gets yelled at and this and the other being so unprofessional and rude to us (the CUSTOMERS) and didn’t stop with her comments after a while they’re very rude and unprofessional I just don’t understand how someone can get away with treating someone like that and screaming about it also when we’re the ones trying to sit and have a good meal that we PAID FOR and couldn’t even get that. It’s very disorganized by the fact someone could take our food and not even get our order right and be rude about it very disappointing will not visit or spend my money at this...
Read moreI was running some errands. It was 10/2/20 around 6-7pm. It took a lot longer than expected and me and my mom were starving and tired. We were a bit disoriented in ordering, which we noted the gentleman taking the order worked it like a champ. We were impressed. He was kind and curious also giving us our food. When we parked to eat, the chicken fries were cold, like cold cold. We went through the line and told him. He was like, we will take care of this immediately. Come through the line. We were also met with the manager to make sure things were met with satisfaction. We said we were sorry about bring them back, he said, "No, I am sorry." Great management...
