As a Male walking into a beauty supply store there is already an uncomfortable feeling. I go into this Sally's with my Fiance when she gets her hair & nail supplies. Today, we went into the store my fiance said hello & the response was turned up noses and silence.. The clearance rack is in the back of the store right next to what I'm assuming is the door into the office and inventory... Here I stand with my partner as she looks through clearance isle. To both of our surprise, The taller CSR walked right passed us and blatantly headed straight to the door only to shut it.... The entire time my fiance is shopping the other store assistant followed us with a handheld inventory computer. She never even selected a button. It was being used as her cover and reason to follow us around. We where made to feel like we were not welcome and un trustworthy.. All the while 4 other people came in and promptly left. They too felt the un easy un welcoming energy in that store While we were being stalked by the only 2 store employees I witnessed 2 woman and 2 children all there together , line their pockets with nail polish and leave!!!!! The employees here now need to be replaced asap!!! Please, my soon to be wife is so offended. We left only purchasing @$130.00 worth of products where my lovely usually spends a few hundred dollars. My fiance really enjoys shopping here. I'm certain that if the owner knew what the true atmosphere was like there today...... Things would be different. Matter a fact first thing my fiance said after hello to the employees was, " My favorite girl isn't here...
Read moreTerrible. Went in for multiple weeks in a row inquiring after a certain color, to be told each time it was out of stock (which i could clearly see with my own eyes). After about 3 weeks of this, today me and my friend went in and she suggested calling to the other stores of the chain, none of them had it. Frustrated, I went up and asked the employee just WHEN they were going to restock since id been asking after it for weeks, only to be informed that despite having the price AND hair swatch still on the shelves, They discontinued it weeks ago. I was after the dye for my wedding in 30 days, and if I cant find it online in time i'm going to be devastated. Read moreWalking in i was expecting the normal greetings i get from the staff. But to my surprise both staff on duty were exceptional. They directed me to the items i needed and cashed me out for my order in less than 6 mins. Absolutely toptier customer service. As a customer i cannot ask for a better sevice than the one i received today. Sally beauty management please make sure to take good care of the staff working the store on july 31st at 6:40ish pm.
