I have used Walmart pick pick up for years. Sometimes they are extra busy and you have to wait a while for your groceries, and I have always been OK with that because of how easy it is. But yesterday my Walmart location canceled my order a few hours before with no explanation. I then re-placed the order for today and it was again canceled last minute with no explanation. When I called to ask why they said the first day was because of a power outage, OK valid excuse. The second day they canceled because they were running behind. So why was I even allowed to place an order if they over booked? And why were they not willing to stay a little later to get all of their orders placed? That means that my card was ran twice for my grocery order. I now cannot leave my house because of Covid, and have no money to place groceries until both transactions go back to my card in five business days. The billing department tried to help but overall they did nothing. There was not even an apology or anything to try to help me out. Have been a loyal customer for years, and honestly this and that. They really do not try with their jobs, the previous employees which were mostly females were the sweetest people. These new employees are all males and they are always rude and very unprofessional. They always have bad attitudes, take to long to bring out your orders, and never tell me if the had substituted an item of mines. The vehicle loading process is so uncomfortable because of how rude the current employees are. At this point, this whole Walmart grocery pickup being labeled as "convenient" isn't very convenient whenever employees make the whole process a hassle for us customers.    Read moreNot enough staff-Ive been here at the store for 2 1/2 hrs now, waiting for my order, which had been delayed by one hour already. When i arrived all the pickup parking was full and there was a line waiting for parking spots. The reason? Apparently, Walmart decided to cut the pickup staff right before the holidays. The pickup technicians are running their tails off trying to get all these orders out before closing time. Just got my order, and they were out of one of my key ingredients.
