FINALLY!!! quality and delicious sushi has arrived in Ogden, Utah. I work across the street and noticed this quant little place opening up and have anxiously awaited their opening day. I stopped in today for lunch and ordered the Hot Summer roll, garlic edamame and gyoza. This place outshines any sushi place in town. All the ingredients were fresh and prepared with such care and intention. The Gyoza was perfectly crunchy, the edamame had delicious flavor...but the real winner here was the roll. It has crispy (not soggy!) shrimp tempura, and spicy crab in the center, diced cucumber, surrounded by the perfect amount of avocado, a kiss of jalapeño and topped with FRESH tuna, panko crunch, spicy mayo and eel sauce. PERFECTION my friends!

To top it all off the environment is cheery and bright with fun colors, not your typical black and red sushi joint with owners that are the nicest people, it makes you want to stay and chat and eat all day. to say I'm so excited that I found my new go to lunch spot is an...

The BEST sushi anywhere! The owners are always friendly and fun to talk to. They make the sauces from scratch. I get the kokaro roll with soy paper and no eggs. Everything is made with care and quality products. It’s just a great place. If they’re busy and you have to wait just a little, it’s worth it. It’s a husband and wife running the whole thing. Awesome people and awesome food! Update.. I tried the bento box with fried rice and shrimp. DELICIOUS! The yum yum sauce is soooo good! Egg rolls are awesome and the sauce with them is ridiculously good! Actually ALL their sauces are fantastic! They’re not out of the bottle sauces. They make everything from scratch. Love...

Calamari was good. Soft and warm.

The bento presentation is not your traditional presentation of bento. Not in a box but a Styrofoam. I ordered their steak bento and was asked how I wanted it cooked. I asked medium and what came out was closer to medium well. What made a big difference was the fact that it was cut before being cooked. It would've been better to cook it then slice it.

The Kawaii roll we ordered came with avocado even when we specifically asked to remove it. They replaced it and the roll significantly reduced in size. Possibly a penalty for having it removed because the avocado didn't take that much space
