TL;DR: Amazing experience, excellent service, and nice atmosphere.

I've been going to this location for as long as I can remember. My aunt and I go there at least once a month and the first thing that happens when you walk in the door is a warm greeting from the amazing staff and the smell of the amazing chili dogs. The atmosphere is a cute diner theme with a decent amount of seating. The tables and floor are always quite clean and the staff are working as hard as they can every second. The cleaniness of the bathroom was quite good aswell and my aunt who is handicapped and needs to use a walker says that the bathroom is a 5/5 when it comes to being handicapped accessible. I absolutely LOVE this place & miss it so so much, having it right down the road from where we lived in California was so nice I grew up in California & I moved from California over 15 years ago, & it took us another year or two to find this spot & that same year we found the north temple location (which is no longer there as of this year) I only had 1 issue when we drove thru the drive thru & it really was a common mistake 😞😕 the guy told us that my 20 piece mini corn dogs were in a smaller bag which turned out to be my chili cheese fries which I only ordered 1 but got 2 & no mini corn dogs but when I called & told them what happened the manager laughed a little & offered to replace it the next time I am in the area which I live about 1hr 30 minutes to 2 hrs away from this location & he gave...

I’ve never had a terrible experience here until today. I had wanted to change my order because I realized I payed the same price for an order I would have had a better deal on and instead of having great customer service and changing my order so I would receive what I was actually paying for Shonelle told me to figure it out for next time. I mean it’s not really that hard to give the extra food and I expressed I would pay the tax difference but instead all I got was an attitude and a smirking have a nice day and to figure it out next time. She also said she doesn’t work here to do math. Which I did the math myself which is how I figured that she could literally change it no problem.
