I want to start off with the girls here are super sweet and very nice. However I went in for an all over color and I love my color, but I am not happy with how the service ended. I left with staining to my ears cheeks and forehead. Now a bit of staining is fine however throughout my whole head especially the center of my scalp are strained red and the from is not but the sides of my forehead off she told me is was just a bit and that I could remove it with sanatizer. I didn’t say much as I really trusted her. Towards the end of my service she started to blow dry my hair and I knew I wasn’t pay for a style however I did expect to as least leave with a dry hair which my hair was not. I think what makes me more unhappy with the service it’s self was I had gone for a cut a few weeks prior and that was a good experience when it came to my color I told her I really wanted this to be a touch up to the color I had but I had missed some spots here and there and she assured me we could do it. I understand this is a very affordable option and 125 was nothing to me but to leave with so much staining was not worth it for me. I wanted a professional to really help me clean this up and polish the color I had. However if I would’ve known I would’ve left with this much staining I would’ve done my own color at home if this is the final result of a professional. I am in now way bashing this stylist I think she’s amazing and I have seen her work which is why I put my trust in her but it doesn’t not look like a professional did it and in fact when I who isn’t a professional did my hair at home there was no staining of any kind. Needless to say I felt the remaining of my session felt incredibly rushed and I had come in 30 mins prior to my scheduled appointment. I don’t think I will be coming back for color but I will definitely come back for a cut. My mom came in today because she needed her hair trimmed up a bit and she showed a picture of how she wanted it and told her stylist exactly what she was expecting… She has shorter hair but not right by her scalp short. There was no care or attention to detail, and the entire service felt sloppy and unprofessional. She wasn’t even dressed in a way that looked professional, which made it clear she didn’t take her job seriously. I paid for a service and expected at least basic care and respect, but I left feeling frustrated and very unhappy with the result.
