A few days ago, my son got the jack of the headphones stuck into the Nintendo Switch. Being that I work in Downtown Hartford, but live outside of town. I decided to stop by this business and get the tip of the jack removed. The Nintendo was in working condition, both controllers were working prior to the drop off. I left the Nintendo for 5 hours, after picking it up that night at home- the Nintendo’s right controller was no longer working/connecting. We tried everything, even buying new controllers. The Right side of the Dock does not work, thus not allowing for a controller to connect. After inspecting it, we realized a screw on the right side is missing. I will not recommend this place.

Cabe recalcar que lo único malo que tenía celular era la pantalla, las cámaras funcionaban a la perfección y son original de Apple. Cuando me dio el teléfono a los días noto que mi cámara trasera no funciona como solía hacerlo, y de paso me doy cuenta que solo funciona una, las otras 2 no están y para el colmo el sistema del teléfono dice que no reconoce la cámara de mi celular y que no es original de Apple! No me gusta hacer este tipo de reseñas pero está mal que remuevan y/o cambien piezas originales por otras y aún peor sin consultarlo al cliente, pensé que me habían resuelto un problema pero me dieron otro más porque trabajo desde mi teléfono y de tomar fotos a mis mercancías. Quería esperar y pensar que no era por ellos pero lo de las cámaras pasó una vez después el me devolvió el celular. Espero esta reseña les sirva de algo.

Worst ever place. They don’t know anything about repairs and laptops. They just say they would repair anything but in reality they don’t know nothing. Went there because one of my friends suggested it. The guy working there said he would get my laptop repaired in one day and he never did that. I went there with a broken screen MacBook, and out of the blue he says my charging socket and my battery are not working. On top of that, mine was a gray MacBook and he put a silver MacBook screen and that was not working either. He says that there’s a lot of problems with the MacBook which was a new one except for the screen which was broken. Now after a long wait of one week, what I have in my hand is the same broken laptop and 7days of wasted time. Don’t know if he manipulated with any of the original MacBook parts. I will get it checked at a different store and leave you an update on what he did! Overall, I would never...

I cam to have my broken phone screen today. I was recommended this place by someone I know. I picked up the phone and the screen was not attached to the phone correctly. I went back in to get ir fixed after I paid 292$. The guy there tried to lie to me saying is the phone speaker. He tried to fix it and broke my screen couldn’t put it back on the phone. Gave it back to me in worse condition that I picked it up. Luckily he gave me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE! FOR THEIR PRICE GO TO APPLE.

Update: Apple cannot fix this phone I have to get a new one due to this idiots ruining and breaking the phone! DO NOT COME HERE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. They don’t know what...
