Sol De Borinquen — Restaurant in Hartford

I was the 3rd cutomer in line my brother was the 2nd customer i order 2 cubanito and a ham and cheese sandwich. 6min later my brother got his food and left i order my food after 10 customers order their food and receiving it which they was behind me. The kid who took my order had the nerve to say that they was in front of me that i needed to be patient i replied ive been waiting for 30 mins and my 4 year old son needs to use the bathroom. He said to bad there is no public bathroom. My son urinated on himself because they dont have a bathroom for public all because the kid who attended me LIED and was very rude coming find out he never put my order in. I will never go back especially when i say there was a flies on top of the danishes they completely ignore me.....So...

I gotta be honest here . I love those breakfast sandwiches altho they mess up my order sometimes when I order sandwich with white or cheddar or even swiss cheese they hardly ever get it right. Alot of people come here for their fresh baked bread and coffee,despite them getting getting my order wrong at times I still go there (their sandwiches are good) but this morning I called to place my order and avoid having to wait in line when the person who picked up told me that I could not place my order because they were busy . This is something totally unheard of in my lifetime of ordering over the phone anyplace where they serve food, sandwiches,etc. Not a happy camper this...

I have always came to this bakery,my wife and I walked in,we were waiting in line for about 10 minutes but I guess that we were standing wasnt it!The small shoet dark sling spanish guy saw us standing there no good morning NOTHING!There was another line to the left of us but the people that went up to order they were holding up thw wall next thing you know this man is taking their orders This one lady said to the man that my wife and I were there before her and he told her that's not where thw line is,I'm Hispanic but dark so he must of thought I wasnt Spanish. Why didn't he say ok let mw take care of her and then come to me HE DIDNT!I will never come back to this...
