I never give reviews, so this says something. My organization and I had an important event, requiring 100 patties, simple right? The restaurant gave us buckets of beans that we didn't order nor want. Instead of immediately rectifying the order, or even talking about reimbursement they just gave us beans, because at the time they didn't realize that they gave us the wrong order. We had NO food because of them. I called them and the woman I spoke to was RUDE, she cut the line on me twice, the woman couldn't speak English, (thats not what i was angry about,) when I tried to speak to her in Spanish, she just cut the line. Now we have to spend our money to go all the way over to them for us to have our money back (which we also had to continually call them about). So for us to go out of our way for THEIR mistake. I will however say later on, the restaurant called me and assured me it was a misunderstanding. Yes, mistakes happen but the mistake was detrimental, however the patties was the main food for the event! We are still having to deal with this misunderstanding even though the event is over. My tip to the restaurant, have people who can comprehend both Spanish and English, have them double check if they are unsure, and most importantly touch all your bases before hand so that if anything is to happen the customer can...
Read moreThis is my experience, yours can be different. We went to eat at this place this Saturday, looking like crazy for a restaurant because we are from out of town. My daughter was checking the menu and didn’t notice her little one year old grabbed the sugar envelopes and was touching them, when all of a sudden a pregnant lady that works there came and grabbed from my granddaughter’s hands the sugar without telling my daughter, we think that she was supposed to ask first or tell to don’t let my grand baby to touch it, simple! The thing was that we didn’t noticed it because we was looking at the menus, we know for sure she’s not supposed to be touching the sugar! BUT this lady somehow was disrespectful! We ended up leaving, and NO we are not planning to visit this place...
Read moreI had two terrible experiences there and both are highly disappointing. First bad experience, I ordered chicken empanadas that turn out to taste like rotten chicken and it seems like they were fried in old nasty oil. I gave them another try since they are not far from my workplace. Wrong move! Today, the girl at the register told me my order for a white rice and chicken and a sweet tea was $10 but ended up charging me $21. I strongly believe both experiences were not accidental. These employees knew exactly the slick game they were playing. If they keep up long enough with that kind of customer service, they will just be another failed business. Customers are not dumb. We can tell when a business is doing fishy business. I'm done...
